Welcome to this modern fully renovated 3(4) bedroom, 3 bathroom luxurious home situated directly on the inter-coastal featuring a new heated salt water pool surrounded by lush greenery, elegant lounge chairs, outdoor seating area and exterior dining area for 12 with both interior and exterior surround sound entertainment Sonos system by zone to create the perfect entertaining experience. A new six burner BBQ is available and awaiting your culinary expertise.

This elegant home on one level is perfectly designed for the ultimate open concept entertaining experience with the kitchen and living room at the centre of it all! Each of the 3 main bedrooms offers hotel style king size beds, en-suite bathrooms and ample closet space. A 4th bedroom (glass door added to allow for natural light) has been created featuring a queen sized bed with built-in storage.

A new state of the art, elegant kitchen that is not only highly functional but also designed to let you always be a part of the action around you!

The simple flow of this home is designed to allow our guests to connect while also providing peaceful escapes for that much needed downtime.

A short walk to the beaches and close to ALL amenities makes this beautiful home a perfect getaway for couples and families alike.

This home is so comfortable and lovely. The owners have thought of everything. We had three littles in the group who loved every minute of the pool. Super well located in a stunning neighborhood.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this summer vacation home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect—convenient, peaceful, and close to everything we wanted to do.The house itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming right away. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed for our two-week stay, making it easy to settle in and truly relax.Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and well-stocked vacation home!

another great stay at the house

As we have visit south Florida our choose house and stay have been the Lake Estates location. The home feels like our own home as the owners have provided everything needed to enjoy our stay. We are already booked for February 2025 for another visit.

Everything Was PERFECT

Had a great time staying at this location last week. Everything was super clean, organized, and well thought out. If I had any questions at all the owner was easily available with a quick text. Everything worked perfectly and I would highly recommend any of my friends and family staying here. Overall staying here made our stay exactly what we wanted...time to decompress, focus on being with the kids and enjoying the pool time in nice weather;)

Amazing family vacation

Thanks to our wonderful host Rochelle we had a fantastic stay at her beautiful home. The home is lovely and completely updated with everything you could possibly need and plenty of room for our family. The location was close to everything. The beach is just a short drive away with ample parking. We enjoyed hours at the pool where there were plenty of pool toys for the kids and a barbecue for meals. We also enjoyed fishing off the pier. Our week was relaxing and one of our best trips ever. We will definitely be back.

5 star home

This home has an open air plan with fabulous water view , plus a great pool area. Includes two sitting areas and a large table to serve your meals with a great barbecue setup/ Webber the best. The interior includes all the best amenities you could want and in the master bedroom your bathroom has an extra large shower, and great recess lighting. The kitchen has all the newest and best amenities if you are a cook, the owners are always available if needed and. Oils not be nicer. This home deserves a 5+star rating.

Pristine waterfront property!!

Fresh flowers and wine awaited us upon arrival! House was one of the cleanest we have stayed at, beautifully decorated and outdoor space was nice (ie, pool, ping pong table, outdoor living room, kayaks and great fishing off dock for my son!) Sonos stereo system outside was a definite plus and kitchen was well stocked. The owner (Rochelle) was extremely accommodating with check in and check out. She was always readily available with any questions/concerns. Location-house is right over the bridge and a 5 minute golf cart ride to the center of town. FLBTS is my favorite area and the home was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA!!

Loved the house

The house was perfect for our multi generational family . The beds were super comfy and everything we needed or wanted was where it should be .Rochelle had some fabulous restaurant recommendations ,we also had lunch delivered a few times and we managed to cook once or twice (the kitchen is very well appointed)The bikes,kayaks basketball and ping pong were great options for everyone.The Sonos system was fairly easy to navigate so we had music when and where we wanted.We did enjoy the pool but the outside cameras were a bit creepy and stifling

One word: OUTSTANDING

This property exceeded all expectations!!! First, the location is amazing. Conveniently located on a quiet street and you're only a mile and half from the beach. Tons of restaurants of all varieties abound, and we had amazing food every night (takeout and uber eats.) We walked around the neighborhood staring at 10 million dollar homes and soaking up the calm. It is very very quiet at this property. Night time bike rides with my son lasted hours. The property itself is fantastic. You know those VRBO homes that don't have enough silverware or feel like some sort of corporate housing -- this place is the opposite of that. Basically you're renting a full stocked and very thoughtful appointed family home. The beds are plush, the kitchen has everything we have at our own home. In addition, there are bikes, a kayak, a paddle board, and even outdoor ping-pong. Everything seemed brand new -- it self like the home had been remodeled the week before we arrived and all the furniture was brand new. The bathrooms were spotless and modern -- my wife spent every night in the soaking tub. The pools is warm and amazing. We had family games of "HORSE" for 3-4 hours every single day. There are supplies to hit the beach or just stay on the property. You name it this place as it. We were a family of four and had more room than we needed. The living room & kitchen's "open concept" would make HGTV jealous. We bought a fishing rod and caught catfish every night off the back dock. And then there are the owners. Rochelle has to be the most accommodating and thougtful owner we've ever rented from. Leticia, who helped us check in, was also very helpful and kind. We were on a text thread with them and received recommendations on where to buy good fish to grill in the backyard and other things. In short, you cannot get much better than this in Ft Lauderdale. This is the perfect family (boys trip or girls trip) escape and we will certainly be returning!!!!
