This luxurious home boasts a comfortable setting with all the charm of cottage all the while large enough to accommodate up to 8 sleeping in beds. Enjoy your morning coffee on the SCREENED front porch as the sunrise peaks over the Lake Erie and enjoy sunsets over Sandusky Bay and historic Johnson's Island. You'll have access to the private pool, gym access, clubhouse with an entertainment room and pool table. If the kids get bored swimming in the pool you're in luck - you're within walking distance to the beach! You are also close to restaurants and the Tiki bar that both have live music on weekends!

Amazing Family Vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Our family had a place at bay point for over 50 years, we were anxious to be back on those beaches again! Staying at this property far exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of towels for the pool/beach days. Master shower is very nice! The golf cart is a MUST! It was so much easier for us to haul everything for a toddler, infant, and adults to the beach! The only way to get in the resort to go to the shores to eat, or tiki for drinks is by golf cart. You can go on the main road and enter by the main office but if you don’t have a pass in the window they won’t allow you in. So I would add on the golf cart! Parking is very limited, but we found ways to make it work! The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to cook meals every night, appliances are all very nice! Washer and dryer were greatly appreciated! We can’t say enough good things about the property and the hosts for everything that is provided! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

The house was impeccable and in a great location with the community pool in back and the lake only a short walk. We enjoyed fishing in the early mornings and playing games on the screened in porch in the evenings. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I do wish it had be mentioned that construction was going on. Nearby streets were being paved and construction vehicles were passing by frequently during the week. While the majority of neighbors were very friendly, we did encounter a couple individuals with skeptical attitudes. We were questioned on several occasions about things like where we were parking and why we were using the neighbor's gas grill (which he invited us to use). Overall, our week at the house was relaxing and enjoyable.

Baypoint waterview

Property was immaculate! Everything we needed for an amazing summer getaway! Waterview pool was great and baypoint amenities we’re fantastic. John was absolutely fantastic in communicating with us during our stay if we needed anything. We will be back!!

Awesome place!

This is a hidden gem on the Lake! The villa is extremely nice. You have a pool & beach to enjoy the water. It also have a nice spot to get some fishing In as well as enjoy drinks and food at the restaurants. This is a wonderful location and I would not think twice about going back. The owners were always in communication for anything that was needed.

Best kept secret in Marblehead!

This new community in Bay Point is fabulous and was perfect for our 5 day stay~ extremely comfortable accommodations, nicely appointed, easy parking and walking distance to the community pool, Charlies Tiki Bar, the Shores restaurant & the Marina. John & Cheryl have considered everything to ensure a 5 star stay in their home and have surpassed any vrbo where we have stayed~ Highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Both Cheryl and I were born and raised in Cleveland spending our summers on the lake. When we aren't shuttling our blended family of 7 around to all their various baseball, dance, and volleyball games we are up at Bay Point either on the boat or by the water.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose Bay Point because there is nothing else like it in Ohio! Our kids have all grown up on the water either on the shores or on a boat! Between all that the resort has to offer there is always something for the kids to enjoy while also allowing parents and friends to relax and enjoy the water!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

From the multiple beaches, swimming pool, private club house, marina amenities, market store, Tiki bar and restaurant on property means you can just settle in and never leave. The ease of cruising around on golf carts allows you to easily enjoy all that the property has to offer. With options on the Bay side or Lake side mean that no matter what the winds are doing you can always enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, boating, fishing, or just lounging at the pool or beach.
