WE RENT SAT TO SAT EASTER WEEK, MEMORIAL DAY WEEK (MAY 27)TO LABOR DAY. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM ANY OTHER RENTAL DATES.

Fully stock kitchen with coffee maker, pots and pans, full size stove/oven, microwave, toaster, cabinet and shelf space for groceries and supplies.

Complimentary Golf Cart, Gas grill available, Enclosed Outside Shower, Washer and Dryer in Shed.

*Linens and paper products are not included.
*Signed and sent back house usage agreement required.

*Parking spaces for 2 vehicles ONLY - Ocean Lakes charges $12 per day, per vehicle parking fee that is payable to Ocean Lakes Family Campground. If there are more than two vehicles, overflow parking would have to be utilized. If less than 12 days in advance $15 per day, per vehicle.

Perfect getaway.

Checking in was a breeze. The house was extremely clean. The only thing i would suggest is to supply a hair dryer. Over all a perfect and friendly stay. We will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect little spot

Great spot for our first trip to the ocean. Plenty of room for my husband and our 4 kids. Owner was great at responding to any questions I had. Would definitely rebook. There was so much to do at ocean lakes. If you get bored that’s your own fault 😁

Halloween weekend stay

We traveled down for a weekend stay during Ocean Lakes Halloween they do the whole month of October, the house was in a quite and peaceful area of the campground, house was clean on arrival, having the parking passes ahead of time made it a lot easier using the South gate to get into the campground, only issues we had was the tv in the living room didn't have sound, we unplugged it for just a minute and it worked fine the rest of the time, the bed were a little noisy when getting up and down, but all in all was a good stay. The golf cart was a big plus.

We had a great vacation!

Mary was wonderful and made everything easy! The pictures posted for this property, doesn’t due it justice. It looks super small but I assure you for the amount of time you spend in it, it’s not bad at all. We have a family of 7 and we felt like it was perfect. We have been coming to OL for many years, this property had more “home things” you wouldn’t normally think you’d need. We had all we needed and some! The extra beach chairs were a bonus. We always bring a few down with us, it was nice some of our younger ones was able to use them.☀️ Thank you Mary for being an awesome host! We look forward to booking with you again. -The Absher’s

Great place for the price!

The house was exactly as advertised. The stay was great! There are a few things that were a slight inconvenience. The golf cart is a huge plus with the house! But to start it you have to wiggle the key and try a couple times before it actually turns on. This is minor but can be a little aggravating when you have 2 little ones who are sleepy and ready to go and it takes a couple minutes to get the golf cart started. The house overall was clean. The floors appeared to be clean BUT as my daughter was walking around only 30 minutes in the house her feet were completely black. The last minor inconvenience is when you check out you put the a/c on 78. So when we arrived it was extremely hot. It was on 76 when we got there but that is still very hot while trying to get all your stuff moved inside and it did not cool down to 68 until the next day, which is what we turned it on as soon as we arrived. But overall, for the price, it is a great house and location! We love ocean lakes and this house and golf cart were perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children.

Location Great, Golf Cart but lack of washer & dryer.

We left the cottage very clean! I am a clean freak! I made all beds, swept, mopped, windexed, cloroxed and ect.! It smelled great when we checked out! It also looked immaculate!! The hand held can opener’s handle broke while I I was using it and left it out along with a note. This was our 1st visit to OL’s as friends turned us on to this place and we love it! Our children love it! I was under the impression we would have use of the Washer & Dryer! Not so! The breaker was turned off for the dryer and the washer had a note on it and it was ripped so we couldn’t be sure we could use it. So needless to say I have returned home to do a weeks worth of laundry prior to returning to teaching Elementary school. Golf cart was great and the kiddos names it Banana Pudding’! We did have a great time as it doesn’t take much for us to have wonderful family time but I’m still at a loss for the washer & dryer! The grill would light on one side and not the other. I cleaned it best I could and actually got both sides to light. I feel maybe the cleaning crew needs to be shown more detail! Would love to return to this cottage however would need to know the washer & dryer would be in use along with the cleanliness would be up to par! I feel I swept , cloroxed, cleaned toilets & sinks and made it much cleaner prior to us leaving.
