We rent Sat to Sat Memorial Day to Labor Day. 3 night minimum any other rental dates. Guest Use Agreement must be signed and sent back.

1495A Neptune Road is a small but cozy beach cottage (camper with addition) featuring 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, with a kids loft bedroom area and a sleeper sofa in the living room, an open living space/kitchen and everything you need to enjoy Myrtle Beach. Extended cable and WIFI is included, as well as a charcoal grill.

The cottage accommodates 6 guests. There are flat screen TVs in the 2 bedrooms and in the living space. There is also access to a full-size washing machine and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and apt size stove and more! The master includes a queen size bed, dresser for storage, and built in closet for hanging/storage. 2nd bedroom includes one full bed, wardrobe and small dresser.

*Golf Cart not included, you can rent form OceanLakes or bring your own

*Linens and paper products are not included.

*Parking spaces for 2 vehicles ONLY - Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day, per vehicle parking fee that is payable to Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

*This is a non-smoking house - NO EXCEPTIONS

*This house was a camper with a permanent addition added on. There are low ceilings (6.5ft) in the Kitchen and 2nd bedroom.

If you have not stayed at Ocean Lakes Campground before, please familiarize yourself with them before booking.

** Families only, guests must be 25 years of age and present during the entire rental period.

A house to fit us.

A good little house to fit our family. It was excellent for a small family with young kids. My boys loved the ocean themed loft. We ate out or simple for most of our meals so the kitchen worked perfectly. The area was nice and quiet even for a busy Halloween weekend.

A great stay - awesome for kids!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Ocean Lakes! The kids loft was adorable and my son absolutely loved it! Easy and great communication with the homeowner, anytime we needed it. Can’t wait until the 2024 calendar is up so we can book again!

Owner was very friendly and always available to answer any questions. The only thing i would say needed an upgrade would be the mattress, but other than that it was a great little place.

Cozy little beach home! Perfect for a week at Ocean Lakes!!

We had a great time at this home! It had everything we needed not to mention a new and very efficient air condition unit !! It was about a 15 min walk to beach if needed however we used the golf cart daily. 🏖️

July 4th Vacation

The house was big enough for our family yet had a cozy feel. House was very clean. Had a small problem with the golf cart but it was addressed by owner and we had no downtime. The children loved the water park and we will definitely be returning.

Awesome vacation

Book it!! This was our second visit to ocean lakes and we will be back over and over again. Mary is such a sweetheart. We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Check in was a breeze, house was clean and I appreciated that there was a vacuum and broom there to use throughout the week. A lot of house we have rented do not and traveling with kids it’s a must. Beds were comfy. Kids loved the loft. Internet sucked for us but I almost liked it because it forced my kids outside and off their devices. Mary’s house has everything you need. Location was perfect. The golf cart was a blast and was the main reason we choose this house. It made it so affordable. Don’t forget your golf cart decorations.

Nice cozy home

Perfect for a couple of two. Was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware. Very close to beach. We're in our 50 and golf cart was a plus for us. Mary was easy to communicate with and helpful. Will stay again most likely.

Fantastic accommodations

We absolutely loved the home. It was perfect for our family. The house was cozy, the golf cart was extremely handy. The communication with the owner was top-notch. We are looking forward to staying there again when we come back to Myrtle Beach. I would recommend this home to a family with multiple children.

Our Stay

We loved our stay here. The house was equipped with fast wifi, cable, plenty of dishes, cleaning supplies, although it was very clean when we got there. They also left a welcome book that answered any questions we had without having to wonder. The owners were so pleasant to communicate with. We did have one hiccup on our trip involving the golf cart and the updated sticker, but once we reached out to the owners, they were quick to fix the issue so that we could continue our stay comfortably and conveniently.

Just like home!

We love going to Ocean Lakes and this house makes you feel so at home. Comfy beds in both rooms and the kids love their little room just for them. My daughter and her cousins call it their clubhouse. Very clean and in a great location. Host is incredibly sweet and very responsive to questions! Can’t wait to stay again!!

Needs some work and cleaning

When we arrived I noticed that the rugs were not cleaned and the carpet has stains in the big bedroom. The stairs going into the loft area has carpet and it was dirty. The refrigerator was dirty in both sections. The deck seams weak in different areas and also has some screws sticking up that fought my wife’s pants and she about fell. Front door needs to be painted looks nasty.

The property was awesome!! It was just the right size for my family. The kitchen has everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the place stayed super cool!! The resort is wonderful with so much to do!! The golf cart was a must to have too.

Perfect for a beach get away

Overall this was exactly as described. This property was very quaint and had a very nice personal touch in the kid area. All amenities were as described, we especially enjoyed the golf cart that part of our rental.

I fell in love with this little quaint house and have painted, decorated, cleaned and more every chance I get. I have tried to include anything needed to enjoy your time! I am happy to share with you and hope you enjoy our little piece of paradise.

Ocean Lakes Campground is an amazing property with pools, waterpark, mini-golf, recreation activities and more. An of course the beach! What a great place to stay and have your own little cottage to enjoy it all. We prefer a vacation rental when vacationing and knew this was the place to buy.

Families with small children love the kids bunk room. It adds a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds for the younger travelers with you. The room has fun sea life murals and stuffed animals!!
