This house is located within the award-winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground. It is on Sand Dune Dr and is one block from the water park and camp center, which includes the store, snack bar & ice cream shop and onsite laundry facility. The location is also a short distance from the beach (you can see the ocean from the porch). Speaking of the porch...it's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day of fun in the sun. Again, the central location of the property makes it a great spot to watch the evening bustle in Ocean Lakes (and maybe even see some fireworks) without having to leave the house.

Items To Note:

This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars. They do not accept reservations.

Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

A welcome packet containing information on obtaining parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full & 30 days prior to your arrival.

Baby items are available for rent during your stay. Baby gear rental registration will be included in your welcome packet.

Pre-arrival grocery delivery is available for an additional fee. Pre-arrival grocery delivery information will be included in your welcome packet.

Access information will be emailed at 3:45 PM on arrival date.

Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received

By proceeding with the rental of this property, you are confirming you are in agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in the Digital Rental Agreement and with the rental rules listed below.

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.
