Very nice house and location

This is a very nice house. The location is perfect for beach access and very close to the city. The elevator was a life saver. The pool was small but fun, never seen a golf cart so long! House was clean and all pool and beach needs are provided. Management is quick to reply and respond. Would rent again

Dreamboat

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Dreamboat on Oak Island. The home was exceptionally clean and well organized. The interior decorating was exquisite providing a wonderful environment for the entire family. The owners share their outdoor toys and beach equipment with guests. The golf cart was perfect. I definitely recommend this property to others.

Dreamboat

My family and I enjoyed staying at the Dreamboat property. A big bonus of the house was the golf cart as parking on OKI seems to be a bit of a nightmare. The house had everything we needed, and was conveniently located to anything we would need.

This house was perfect for our family! We had a great time and really enjoyed our time at the pool and rides on the golf cart. My dad is handicapped and the elevator was perfect to help him get around. We will be staying here again!

Beautiful 🤩

I would just like to start by saying that the communication between myself and the property company was amazing, nothing short of quick and responsive and eager to help. The property was very well appointed, incredibly clean and easy to find. We enjoy cooking and I have to say that the kitchen was so well stocked, it was super impressive. The elevator was a godsend since I had recently had a back injury. The parking pass with the golf cart made beach access so incredibly easy and we were super thankful. The locals were so very nice and helpful with suggestions on food and such. We enjoyed every meal we had out. We enjoyed shopping at the small stores and found a delightful coffee shop that was a very short ride in the golf cart, that we visited every morning during our stay (coffee Jo) such nice people. My one and only suggestion would be to place some loungers by the pool and maybe spray for ants out there-not a deal breaker, but i like to be fair with a review. We had to watch a video to get the keys to the golf cart, which I honestly think was the smartest decision ever made. It was super easy and fast! Zero issues with the way that is handled, I actually applaud it. We would absolutely stay again!!

Fabulous stay!!

We had a MARVELOUS time at Dream Boat!! The beds were so comfortable, the house was so spacious, the kid toys were so thoughtful, and the golf cart was so convenient!! We will definitely be back! ;)

Perfect for families

Dream Boat was absolutely perfect for our vacation between 2 families. The location was great and an easy walk to the beach. The golf cart was the best!! We had so much fun riding around the island! Will definitely considering coming back here!

Dreamboat was Awesome

This wonderful rental was everything you could want for a home away from home! Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the home was exceptionally clean, spacious and has everything listed in the home's biography. It is also within walking distance to the beaches and a short drive or golf cart ride to local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely rent this home again!

Great Get-Away!

My in-laws were just astounded at the place and how nice it was! The garage and elevator access to the house was super nice for everyone! They all made so many comments about how nice everything was from the rooms, the kitchen & living room, to the house location with easy beach access due to the golf cart as well as all the other Oak Island attractions. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Winter Getaway!

Loved getting away to the beach. It was very quiet and peaceful. The house is very well designed with a quiet master suite in the upstairs, and a second master suite on the main floor with the kitchen and living room. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Has a great indoor dining room and an outdoor patio dining option. Looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful house! Our visit was not much of a beach vacation, as we managed to time our stay with the convergence of 2 large low pressure systems that caused flooding in Virginia and New Jersey. All that to say, we could not have been house-bound in a better spot. The house was clean and thoughtfully laid out, a great place for my wife and I, our teenage girls, and my son, his wife, and toddler! If we come back to Oak Island, I will try to book this house again!

Amazing house and destination!

This house is perfect! It’s completely accurate to what it lists and has everything you need. We had 4 adults and 2 children and everyone was very pleased. We’d never been to Oak Island before, but loved the area as well. With the golf cart, you never have to go very far your entire trip if you don’t want to. The beach is beautiful and very clean too. If you’re on the fence, book it!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Dreamboat! The house was fully stocked with all the kitchen necessities and was wonderfully laid out. The pool, although very small, was great for 2-3 adults and our 2 youngest family members to have fun splashing around. The property manager promptly responded to all our questions leading up to and during our stay. The icing on the cake was the large golf cart that included a paid parking pass for “resident beach parking”. Getting to and from the beach was a breeze but definitely recommend using the 70th street beach access. Thanks for offering such a wonderful property!

Beautiful home

So many nice touches. The home was clean, comfortable and nicely stocked. Location to the beach was great, especially with one of our favorite accessories...the golf cart! We had so much fun with it! The pool was small but enjoyed. It did seem to have trouble cleaning itself. The only thing we would change was to swap out the foosball table with a pool table but definitely a wonderful stay for our family.

Great stay at the Boat

We had a wonderful week on Oak Island. The house was a nice size for the 12 of us. The whole family enjoyed the pool and golf cart amenities. The island had a great atmosphere, especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach and town. We did feel that there were a couple things in the house that required a little more attention. We made property management aware of some issues on the first day as we were settling in. Very prompt response from management regarding pool cleaning and was handled the following afternoon. All and all we had a great week staying in a great house.
