If you love views, this is the best spot in the area. My home sits on top of the hill, so you have great views and can still walk down to the town within 15-20 min (depending on your pace) This home is in a gated community with privacy, mountain views, pool views, & sea views, fast internet & comfort. If you want to escape crowds of people, this is the spot.
The home has an open floor plan and is new. Sink into two king-size beds featuring Tempur-Pedic mattresses, carefully selected to provide superior comfort and relief from travel-related fatigue. The two twin beds are no exception, offering therapeutic quality for a restful night's sleep.
This is a modern, luxury penthouse. There are 2 pools to enjoy, private parking for up to 2 vehicles, a fitness center, & an elevator. We have fast high-speed internet, perfect for working from home. We have one portable travel crib for infants and one high chair for your stay (Please request at booking if needed). Estepona is very popular and growing. You can see they are building luxury homes everywhere. There are two cranes visible from my terrace but the majority of construction is on the other side of the community. It hasn’t bothered me one bit as the noise is minimal.

Have just returned from a stay & Maria’s property is absolutely stunning. The accommodation is as described, exceptionally clean & spacious with lots of storage, high end appliances & special touches including beach chairs & parasols. The terrace is really well furnished to enjoy a view of the sunrise & the pool which is really well maintained with plenty of sunbeds & having access to a lift right outside the apartment was great. The complex is really new & has an underground private car park with a dedicated space.Just a couple of things to mention - a car is absolutely essential in our opinion. The area is still in a huge developmental stage & there are no shops within walking distance. There are great supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercedona) a 5 minute drive away but I doubt anyone would want to walk back with shopping as the roads are very steep!There is a lot of construction happening around the area at the time of our stay. Lots of cranes & work is taking place between roughly 8am-2pm (heat dependant) Mon-Sat. The noise is not too bad but the roads & paths are quite uneven & parts quite undeveloped. We did take advantage of the fitness centre but this is in another building which is a 5-6 minute walk. On a night, you can walk into the old town but we struggled walking back. There is a taxi rank although was really busy and cost 5-6 euros but tried to book an Uber & was quoted 45!Maria was very helpful and responsive if needed as was her neighbour Henk - thank you.

Thank you for the detailed review and for your lovely comments about the apartment. I’m so pleased you found the home stunning, spacious, and exceptionally clean, and enjoyed the furnishings, terrace, pool, and views. As noted in the listing, the home sits in an elevated position, which is one of the reasons I chose it as my second home — I wanted the views, newer construction, peaceful surroundings, and private garage parking while still being close to the marina, beach, and Old Town. I agree that having a car makes the location much more convenient, and I personally always have one when I’m in Estepona. I enjoy driving into town, parking in one of the 3 1 euro public car parks and then returning to the quieter setting of the apartment. Guests who prefer not to drive often walk downhill into town and take a taxi back rather than tackle the uphill walk. The pide taxi app works much better than Uber. For travellers deciding where to stay in Estepona, there is naturally a trade-off between staying directly in the busy historic centre and choosing a newer, quieter residential setting with more space, modern amenities, private parking and elevated views. I chose the latter for my own home, and I’m glad you were able to enjoy so many of those features during your stay. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking such good care of the apartment.

Wonderful Stay

Stunning apartment with a truly sensational view and all the mod cons. A great place to relax and unwind. Host Maria was extremely helpful with all her tips and advice, I couldn't ask for more. Check in was seamless and a big shout out to Ana Mary who welcomed us and was so kind to drop us down and back to the supermarket for some essentials. All in all a great apartment and a brilliant holiday.

Fabulous Estepona apartment

We had a wonderful three night stay in this beautiful apartment. It is very well located-about a 15 minute downhill walk into town (and a 5 Euro taxi ride back from town if you don't want to walk back). The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds. It has extensive views over the town and the sea ( a few cranes are in your sightlines as construction seems to be booming all along this coast). Maria and Ana Mary were fantastic communicators and promptly answered any questions we had. Estepona has a lovely old town area and some first class restaurants. We did a day trip to Ronda (about one hour by car) which is well worth it. We loved our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing Views!!

This pretty apartment has everything you need for a stay on the Costa del Sol in Estepona! You can see for miles up the coast from the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine and can even hear the church bells from the old town! Seagulls amd other birds sing in the morning making it the most pleasant way to wake up! Just a short 3 minute drive down the hill and you are walking on the beach- or parking to walk at the marina where there is a delightful Sunday market and plenty of places to eat and drink. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need! The beds are super comfortable and it’s just a little slice of heaven! The manager and owner are so hospitable and will work with you to meet your needs. We were absolutely delighted to discover such a wonderful place to stay!

Well Appointed and Convenient

Positives : Greeted by a nice bottle of wine. Location is excellent. Not to far from Old Town and Port. Close to Food shopping ( Mercadona, Lidl ) and highways. The flat is clean and well appointed; as is the development in general. In unit washer/dryer ( rare in Spain ) appreciated. Lots of storage and closets. Terrace is quite large and has great views of mountains, town and water. Pools were clean and towels were provided. Negatives : There is a construction project across the street from the property which we were advised about prior to booking but, that being said, Estepona is a growing exponentially and construction projects are everywhere. No spare towels were provided, one set per bathroom. No blankets were provided, just light bedspreads ( gets chilly at night in October ). No extra set of sheets provided. Our overall assessment is that we would recommend this property and would stay again.

Thanks for the feedback. I will tell my staff to switch to the winter comforters beginning in October and put extra blankets/linens in the (They were waiting for next month to use the warmer bedding)

Schöner Wanderurlaub

Das Appartment hielt was man erwarten konnte. Eine Info das man mit Baulärm rechnen müsse, wäre schön gewesen. Das Hallenbad im Nachbargebäude hatte keine funktionierende Dusche. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat alles getan uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, inklusive Wandertyps. Vielen Dank.

I am an extrovert and love good company, so my home provided me with plenty of space to entertain friends and family.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Estepona is a popular year-round holiday destination. I wanted a home that was peaceful, and not in the noisy sections of town but still close enough to get to everything. This is a penthouse apartment, that was built on a hill so that I get the best views of the sea and the mountains. It is modern and spacious, within a gated community. You will enjoy fantastic views, the pools, the views, the parking, and the privacy.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The views from the large terrace and the bedroom windows are wonderful. On a clear day, you can see the Rock of Gibraltar from the bedroom windows. The sun rises over the sea and goes down on the bedroom side of the house, so the shade on the terrace is wonderful. I also am one of the few homes that have 2 large king-size beds with Tempur-Pedic mattresses as well as 2 individual-size beds and a travel crib. Long-distance travel in cars and airplanes can cause back pain, so I selected these in the mattresses in a firm to provide superior pressure relief while you sleep. The two twin beds are mattresses with therapeutic certifications but from a different company.
