Newly Remodeled. Perfect for Derby and local events.
Property is located on 5 acres just outside of Louisville. Backs up to the Salt River with walk up access. Pool, deck, patio and basketball goal allow you to enjoy your time outdoors. Perfect for events in and around Louisville. Just over an hour form Mammoth Cave the world's longest known cave system.
Our stay has been utterly life-enriching! Your house is a true masterpiece! Absolutely breathtaking everywhere. We felt truly pampered lol. Thank you again! We will definitely be returning in the future! The pool was the extra bonus to our stay!
This is our second year staying here and we will stay here every year if possible. We stayed with another basektball family and they had children of various ages. The property was perfect for all of us. You have lots of room to spread out due to the theatre room in the back and the incredible outdoor space.
We really enjoyed our time here! It was the perfect spot to hang out. It was private and quiet. We loved the basketball goal and movie room! Short drive to Louisville
We were in Louisville for the Bourbon and Beyond music festival. It was an easy drive to the venue. Quiet neighborhood with excellent amenities. Plenty of room. Would have no problem recommending the property or booking it again for the festival.
We had a very comfortable stay at this home in Shepherdsville. The house was located at the end of a quiet street and had plenty of parking space. While the house was uniquely decorated it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the media room. The yard was beautiful with a large deck and pool. We would stay here again.
We came to town to surprise our son for his 30th birthday. We had a family group ranging from 26 years old to 78 years old and we all travel extensively we stay at hotels, beach houses etc.. I canât say enough good things about this place. The owner responds almost immediately if you have a question. Check is was seemless. The place was clean and had tons of room. The pool which was an added bonus ended up being a one of the best features. It was a hot weekend and we ended up spending a lot of family time by the pool. The fire pit was also awesome. We swim during the day and built fires at night. The house is very big and what we liked it sits by itself on 5 acres so youâre not jammed with in a neighborhood. Kitchen had everything you need. Itâs short distance from the highway and thereâs a convenience store and a dollar general within walking distance. I highly recommend this property and we are already planning on coming back next year. I personally will not even look to find another place. Iâm coming right here if they will have us!
The house was perfect for all 3 kids to have space. The patio/pool was where we spent the most time when at the house. I cooked 1-2 meals a day and the kitchen had everything I needed. Fort Knox is less than 30 minutes away and the drive to get there is gorgeous!
We stayed here for a basketball tournament at the Kentucky Expo Center with two other families, and I cannot say enough great things about this home. The home was perfect for our families. The home was immaculate and had something for everyone. The property manager was very responsive and so accommodating (we had to make some changes at the last minute). The pool was amazing, the game room was fun, and the theater room was even better. This is the best house we have stayed in by far. If you are looking for a great house for your family, this is it!! We will definitely be back.
House was prefect! Beautiful with plenty of space. And the pool was even better. The neighborhood is a small quiet street. Close to Walmart & restaurants. Lots of room for family & friends. Stayed here while we visited Louisville & distilleries on the bourbon trail.
We booked Brandon's place because it had room for all of us. My kids wanted to do the Bourbon Trail, ride horses, explore Louisville and experience Mammoth Cave. This provided us with all of that. Most things were an hour away in almost every direction. My son even got in a round of golf. We were all surprised when we arrived. A number of them commented on the fact that it was better than the pictures which we have found to be unusual. We were there in 95-degree weather, so the pool became the most popular spot. It was much better than I anticipated and the deck so very comfortable. There is also a nice fire pit area where we would have made smores had it not been so hot. All in all, it was just what we needed. We did have to get in touch with Brandon once and he replied immediately. A wonderful family vacation.
We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful house. The kids enjoyed the pool and family movie night was incredible on the enormous screen. Brandon was very responsive and made our stay just perfect. The pictures really donât do this house justice. It is much better in person.
8 guys going on a golf weekend, couldnât have been a better stay . The man cave is where we stayed most of the time while in the house . It was perfect. Everything about the house was spot on .
We stayed here with my immediate family. Plenty of space and very accommodating. Pool was clean and ready to use and entertainment room with big screen projector was perfect for us. We also used the game room to play poker and card games: This is are 3rd time staying here and I highly recommend staying here.
The house has plenty of room. The updated bathroom , shower and kitchen were amazing. Pool was perfect and loved having access to the river. Super easy to check in and check out. I would recommend this house
My family loved staying here! There was something for everyone. With a pool, vast outdoor seating, fire pit, game room (with games), and a theater room, we had space to both spread out and also to be together. This place is a 10/10!
We were in the area for a music festival. We were looking for a place that allowed a pet and was close to Louisville, but not too close. This place was perfect. Comfy beds, lots of cool antiques, a great deck with a pool, and a quiet private setting.
Three of us stayed for the Kentucky Bourbon Festival held in Bardstown, KY a mere 20 minutes away. This full-house packed with eclectic design surprises was perfect for our stay located midway between Louisville and Bardstown. Although a little off the beaten path, it did provide a fantastic base of operations for the region allowing you to get the best of Downtown and the KY country side.
While I don't want to spoil the fun, I can't leave without mentioning that the house decor is whacky. Bedrooms, while well sized, are in weird locations and uniquely decorated. Bathrooms, while plentiful, are uniquely configured and featured. Living spaces are a mix of dramatically divergent design aesthetics and are spread incongruously throughout the house.
Its charm for us was in this one of a kind assembly of elements. We loved it however and hope to be back someday.
