This beautiful 2 bedroom condo is located in the amazing Tuscana Resort at Champions Gate.

The location is ideal for a vacation in the Orlando area, whether you are going to the theme parks, playing golf, going shopping, watching a game or just want to enjoy the Florida sunshine and relax! This is a place for everyone to enjoy! Newly renovated condo!

Located in Building 8 on the second floor (elevator accessible).

Nothing has been overlooked for our guests to enjoy a 'Home away from home' experience. Fully stocked kitchen for those who wish to dine in.

All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds.

Flat screen TV's (with a Smart TV in the second bedroom), walk in closets and two separate bathrooms.

In the living room there is a sofa bed with a queen sleeper bed and a flat screen TV.

The condo also has a large screened balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon sunshine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, bowls and so much more.

We also have a washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.

No resort fees. Free WI-FI. Free parking!

Pack n play, highchair, crib & strollers are available for a fee. Order must be placed 3 days prior to your arrival.

Tuscana Resort is a gated community that has a wonderful pool area with a hot tub and a kiddies pool with waterfall and free cabanas. You will also find a fitness center and a playground. The Resort is located in Champions Gate, just off the I4 (exit 58). It takes just 10 minutes to walk to the village (or approx 2-3 minutes if you prefer to drive). In Champions Gate Village you can everything you need for your vacation! There is a large grocery store, pharmacy, nail salons, gas stations, liquor store, numerous restaurants and much more. Quiet and quaint setting. Perfect for morning stroll to Champions Gate Village. Most sought after vacation destination! There is ample free parking and a car for Florida travel is recommended. You can Uber from the resort if you choose.
