The Fountains at ChampionsGate est une petite enclave de 80 maisons en rangée de luxe; Toutes les maisons de ville ont des caractéristiques de luxe, y compris des cuisines gastronomiques avec comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, de grandes suites parentales avec deux meubles-lavabos. Ce lotissement possède deux suites principales situées au rez-de-chaussée et l’autre au deuxième étage avec deux chambres et une salle de bains supplémentaires. The host was welcoming. The ammenities were adequate. However, The beds were uncomfortable and noisy. I would suggest lighting on the walking pathway to the unit and lighting on the keypad for the entrance to the front door

Hi Deval, thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about our hospitality. We are sorry to hear about the discomfort with the bed. Following your feedback, we learned the box springs on both King beds had unfortunately failed, which caused the noise, and both have since been replaced. The front porch light has also been restored, as the bulb was removed during recent exterior painting of the building and putting it back in was missed. Thank you again for having stayed with us, and for your helpful feedback.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The home is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for families. It’s located in an excellent, quiet neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming. Rembert was a wonderful host—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything went smoothly. Our entire family loved the experience and would absolutely stay here again! As this was our 2nd stay.

Hi Mario, great to hear you really enjoyed our communication, and the ease of our virtual check-in. Assuming you mean by wear and tear the carpets being in need of a deep steam cleaning: we agree, and that was done shortly following your stay. All sofas and rugs were steam cleaned also. Unfortunately the one night of vacancy prior to your stay did not leave us enough time to have all that done then, so we did spot cleaning only at that time. Thank you again for having stayed with us, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Nice time with family

Perfect house to family with 8 people, very close to Disney World and others parks. Have Pharmacy, restaurants and Publish market just 5 minutes away. Only the beds have a noise but it not a big problem!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at The Fountains and it was great. Everything was nice and neat and CLEAN! It will definitely be one of our go to vacation rentals.We had a slight issue with the oven and Rem came out to look at it shortly after I called the office number. He was so kind and helpful as could be. The pool area and clubhouse are also well kept and peaceful. But it doesn't give you the awkward feeling of having to he mouse quiet. The kids were squealing and giggling and everyone we encountered just enjoyed kids being able to swim and have fun.We met a lot of really nice people from all over at the pool. Already looking at booking another trip to see Mickey Mouse and hoping our dates will be available. It's also conveniently located next to the interstate, fast food, restaurants, and grocery stores. A great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Great property

The property was beautiful and well kept. The downstairs bedroom was a little warm, but resolved with a personal fan. There was enough space for the whole family, which is 7 people. the layout was perfect and access to 3.5 bathrooms was perfect. The proximity to local shopping and Disney was exactly what we were looking for and the quiet neighborhood made for a very comfortable stay. The property management team responds promptly when contacted and are very professional. We will definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good experience with 10 people staying in this condo. The area was nice with everything you need and the pool was never crowded. The host was easily accessible when needed. The home does need a good cleaning. When we pushed the couch back to pull out the bed, there was candy stuck to the floor and a clear spill that had not been cleaned in a while. The carpets in the bedroom and going upstairs are in need of a good cleaning. There were not enough towels with 10 people staying in the house which is what it sleeps. In the kitchen they did not have any hot pads, dish clothes, dish towels, and not enough dishware. Overall we had a good trip.

Adequate

We had some unfortunate incidents occur - including a broken microwave and a tub faucet that wouldn't turn off, which, I should should say straight away, I do not hold the property manager accountable for, as these types of situations cannot predicted. Additionally, we were happy that our phone calls and issues were handled in a friendly and timely manner. However, we were disappointed to find slats of the vertical blinds lying on the couch when we arrived, which of course meant we did not have complete privacy in the main room (or darkness in the morning for the family member on the pull out couch) and some of the linens/bedding in the closets were rolled up (not folded), appearing questionably clean. We were also disappointed in the lack of supplies available. While we were aware that supplies would be limited, we would have hoped, for example, that a bottle of dishwashing liquid would be available for washing dishes and that we would have more than one trash bag. We do not expect a cabinet full of toilet paper and paper towels, but it would have been nice not to have to run to the store in our first days of vacation to be able to wash our dishes or throw out the trash. Overall, this property was adequate (we are not a high maintenance family), but was lacking in comparison to other VRBO properties that we have rented.

Pool and clubhouse were neglected, pool was only cleaned once during our 4 week stay. The furniture was worn and uncomfortable. The police were in the complex several times and actually arrested someone inside the complex who wasn’t staying there and confiscated a hand gun. There was never any toilet paper or soap in the clubhouse and no onsite attendant to ask. The clubhouse garbage cans were allowed to overflow and never received attention until we contacted our host. Our host (Rem) was outstanding, the best we’ve ever had and give him the highest recommendation.
