The home has everything you need. The kitchen is fully stocked so that you can cook pretty much anything you want during your stay. Games, books, and TVs in all rooms allow you the downtime you need.

The house was wonderful. Very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The host provided two bassinets and other baby items we needed. She was very responsive to all our needs. We had an issue with the hot water faucet not working in the upstairs bathtub/shower, and the host tried to get a plumber but couldn’t because of the holiday. Great service and stay!

Perfect weekend getaway

This property is so cozy and very convenient to so many things in and near Louisville. The kitchen was packed with every utensil and gadget you could image. Very perfect for a long weekend getaway with friends.

Louisville is a beautiful city

We love the city the house is nice and secured. We had information in the house of places we can visit so it was helpful and the management was easy to contact for info thank you for welcoming us like a family

Great home, very quaint and cozy, excellent beds and bedding, huge backyard, great water pressure In the showers, nice size rooms, more kitchen gadgets than a bed bath and beyond store, Very easy process with the host Might be going back next year for thanksgiving dinner at churchhill downs

Very clean cottage, fully stocked kitchen, great owner who went above and beyond tp make our stay enjoyable. We were family of 4 adults and 3 kids and there was enough space for everyone. Newer washer and dryer in the basement. Comfortable beds

Guys Bourbon Trail trip

Nice older home, convenient to anywhere you want to go. This was for a guys trip on the Bourbon Trail. Quiet neighborhood. Some of the area surrounding the neighborhood were a bit questionable. Don’t go to the McDonalds or Kroger on Broadway, a little north of the house! That was an adventure! The house had everything we needed.

Jason, I'm pleased with your visit and they way you left the home. Thank you. One of the reasons I left the notebook is about places I know you would enjoy, that's why the McDonalds I gave you is 0.4 miles from the house and Kroger is 3.9 , not where you chose. Sorry. Maybe next time.

Stayed for archery nationals

Close place to everywhere we needed. The only thing was that there was not a dishwasher (not that big of a deal) and the washer and dryer was in the basement that was kind of hard to get down to. Plenty of space for the 4adults and 3kids.

Cheyenne, When we made over that house, there was no room for a dishwasher. That's why I left, nice paper goods and everything you could imagine in the kitchen, if you wanted to cook. The washer and dryer is full size with a table to fold and hanging racks for personal items. I tried to please everyone. ☹ Hopefully this wasn't too bad, and you'll return. 🙂

In Town for Livestock Show

Obviously it’s an older home but it has lots of charm and absolutely stocked full of anything you could possibly need. Deborah was very responsive and quick to help with anything we may need. It was great to have washer/dryer as there were 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) of us there for a week. Only thing that would have been nice to have would have been a dishwasher, but we made do.

Great for family get away

We felt at home, had everything you needed to prepare meals games for children and adults. The set up our area was nice. The washer and dryer was nice to have do laundry before going home and beach towels from Kentucky kingdom pools. We had two grandchildren the youngest granddaughter loves sitting, having her meals on the closed porch we were close to whatever we needed or host was always with a quick response. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Fit the need

The house was just what we needed. Traveling for business. Master bath shower was only warm and I like a good hot shower. Otherwise it was great!

Very Clean and Accommodating home

We were there for a basketball tournament for our granddaughter. It was 8 of us 3 adults and 5 children. Ages 4-12. The house was very clean and they had everything you would need. I was able to cook some meals and keep clothes washed it was a really good 7 day stay. There were absolutely no issues.

Overall, the house was very clean, the bathroom downstairs could have been a little cleaner and could have used additional towels for the length of stay. The kitchen was equipped with anything needed to cook with. Could have used a few extra trash bags for the length of stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Nice house, clean and good communication

The home was as listed, clean and had several amenities for anyone to use. Each bedroom had a TV, and the kitchen was loaded with lots of utilities and accessories to use. The one drawback is the neighbor to the right of the home. They stayed up very late each evening playing music very loudly on their back porch. The first evening till 11:45pm, the second day till after 1am, and the third day till after 2am. We were in town for an AAU basketball tournament, and our girls had a early games on some days which made it difficult. Other than that, a really solid place to stay.

Nice stay

Very nice home. My reason for not giving five star was the clutter in the kitchen. There was very little counter space, way too much stuff. For instance, there were five coffee pots, four cupboards worth of dishes. You are not allowed to have a party, so one cupboard of dishes would be sufficient. There were a lot of gadgets, like noodle makers, three rolling pins, three juicers, etc. For me, cut down the amount of stuff and give me some counter space. The beds were great, water pressure good, nice dining area. The neighbor next door played a lot of loud music, but always shut it down at a respectable time. Home was very clean.
