1. Parking is limited to 2-car parking.

2. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden.

3. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it.

4. We recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation is strict, and we will uphold our cancellation policy in any types of events.

5. Check-in for guests is AFTER 4pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure. Early check-in may be possible with additional fee, please check availability with your host.

6. The house does not have central AC, however we provide one portable AC in the living room during summer months, and table fans for the bedrooms.
