5BR Oceanfront House with Indoor Pool & Hot Tub
Get ready for the ultimate beach vacation. This modern style oceanfront beach home is equipped with 5 large bedrooms and four full baths and is set up to comfortably sleep 18 guests. Three of the large bedrooms have king beds, another large bedroom has a Queen bed and the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunks which will be a great spot for the kids to hang out to enjoy their video games and movies.
This home has an elevator that will carry you from the ground level all the way to the top level and any floor in between.
The first living level of the home (above the ground level) is the kitchen (with two large fridges), a large dining area with large table, a living room with large flat screen TV, master bedroom, a full bath and elevator. From the living room there is direct access out to the oceanfront balcony which is equipped with comfortable seating for enjoyment of the great ocean views. Also on this oceanfront balcony you will find a hot tub for your evening enjoyment after a long day at the beach.
As you ascend up to the second living level (upper level) you will be greeted by four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, plus the upper living room for 2025 will be converted to a queen bedroom which will equal 5 bedrooms on this level (updated photos coming later). To bring in more natural light there are two skylights on this upper living level. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV and also provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony on this top level.
This home is equipped with a bad weather entry from the bottom ground level which is great when carrying in your weekly supplies on a rainy day. You can also catch the elevator up to the living area from this ground level as well. There is a one car enclosed garage but additional parking is available in the drive way for 3 cars.
The development is equipped with a community pool and clubhouse for you to enjoy while vacationing at this lovely home. The community pool open and close dates are determined by the Homeowners Association only and may vary from year to year.
The beach access for this home is through the clubhouse and community pool area.
There are TV's throughout the home and WiFi is provided as well.
This property comes with a free linen package which includes: Bed sheets, Pillowcases, Towels, Wash Cloths, Bath Mats and Kitchen Towel sets.

This home no longer has the private indoor pool.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. IDâs will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
