Enjoy this beautiful reverse floor plan beach home and immerse yourself with amazing panoramic views of the ocean and the sound.
Located on one of Topsail Islandâs premier beach communities, Village of Stump Sound, offering community swimming pool, tennis courts and a small craft boat launch. With the beach just steps away, the cool ocean breezes and warm waters are easy to access and enjoy. With spacious decking everywhere, enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean and relax watching the burning sunsets from the back deck.
The second floor has an open floor plan with two large living areas, two dining areas and a well-stocked kitchen. There is ample room for relaxing, listening to music, reading or just watching television. The main living room includes a 50â widescreen HDTV with Blu-Ray player, Yamaha receiver (with Bluetooth, USB, and internet radio). There is a dry bar with a mini fridge for easy entertaining. In the oceanside living area (secondary), enjoy the 40â smart TV. The two separated living areas are perfect for children and adults to be together while enjoying their own separate activities. There is a convenient half bath off this level as well.
The first level is dedicated to bedrooms and laundry area only. This level sleeps thirteen guests with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry. There are two master suites with king beds and private bathrooms. One of the master baths has a tub and shower combination and the other has a large walk-in shower. The rear master has a private porch equipped with comfortable seating for enjoying that early morning cup of coffee. Both master suites have HDTVâs, one with a SMART TV and the other with a DVD player.
Bedroom 3 and 4 have queen beds, HDTVâs and a Jack & Jill bathroom with walk-in shower. The 5th bedroom has two sets of bunk beds; a twin over full (pyramid bed) and a twin over twin. This room will sleep 5 and is a great spot for the kids.
The beach is NEVER crowded, even during prime summer months. Parents will love the quiet cul-de-sac setting for children. The fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes cleaning off after a day at the beach a pleasure. The property includes a gas grill located on the ground level patio.
There is a highly rated golf course nearby. Gourmet and family-style restaurants, grocery stores, delis, bait & tackle, clothing and beach stores are all conveniently located nearby.
The bedding is set up with 2 kings, 2 queens, 1 twin bunk bed (2 twins) and a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) and a queen sleeper sofa.

PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
