The Happy Pool House! At Lekki Conservation Centre Road.
A neat, white beautiful home away from home. Next to the longest suspended bridge in West Africa within the conservation centre. Has games PS console, VR game on demand. A Pool table, a Swimming pool, smart TV, Ludo, dart, Monopoly, board games that you will love. Take walks along the secured streets and have the Conservation monkeys come say Hello.
All rooms have ACs- master bedroom and downstairs living room have 2HP ACs. 2nd bedroom has 1and half HP AC while the other has 1HP AC. All rooms have smart TVs and are ensuit.
We have government power that is constant, we however have 2 heavy duty generators on standby. While there are downtime on the generators to rest, we have inverters that carry all the ACs, so you will not notice the change.
We basically have 24hrs power.
We however encourage guess to turn off ACs in rooms not in use to conserve the inverters. We have a dedicated housekeeper who cleans and helps around, if you need anything. Cleaning is done every other day.
The area is very, very secure with the estate having its own uniformed security guards, night and day while the main street is also gated and manned with uniformed ManOWar security. Conservation Centre that we face also has armed Police on their property. We have Chevron opposite with Police and rapid response vehicles(although we have never had cause to use them).
There are restaurants with Uber and Bolt delivery all around.. There are also different activities to do all around the area, please take a look at our specially made Guidebook for the property. There usually is traffic going towards Victoria Island in the early hours when workers are going to work but it's free flow of like 5/7mins after that to these places.
The pool is a private pool only for my unit. It is NOT an estate pool as this was done specifically for my guest in mind. The area is gated off to prevent neighbours or other shortlet guests from accessing the pool, so my guests can enjoy their privacy and time with us.
There is a virtual reality game available for in-house purchase. Use is purchased per day. Please be careful in the use of the Virtual Reality games so you do NOT hurt yourself because you can truly get lost in the world and assume you are jumping off cliffs when you in the house and may hurt yourself. Please stay within the restricted grid of the VR. Better still, you can play within the large expanse of the estate as it is quiet and has space. Kindly do not destroy anything while playing the VR game.
Note: pls do not move any item of furniture in the house.
