This is a delightful. spacious, completely updated fully furnished beach cottage studio. It has a full bath, queen size bed, kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio with grill. Perfect for monthly rentals. Reach out if you are looking for a shorter stay, I may be able to help.

The fully furnished space includes brand-new everything, including a sweet little couch, chair, ottoman, two tables (one indoor, one outdoors) a dresser, and a place to hang clothes. The bed (also brand new!) includes four very large pull-out drawers for convenient, hidden storage space. The small couch pulls out to add an additional twin-size bed.

The kitchenette is tiny, but it has a full fridge, convection cooktop, sink, and microwave. Krups coffee maker, new toaster, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, silverware, and kitchen towels -- all provided.

Also: access to an outdoor shower and laundry. On-site parking. Wifi. Beach chairs and towels. Even a beach cruiser bike for getting around the island!

The house is situated just a block from the historic "back-river" beach on the south end of Tybee Island, one of the best views on the island with life-changing sunsets. It is also just a few blocks up to the bustle of Tybrisa street, with shops and restaurants and of course, ice cream :) The house sits on a wonderful property with lit palm trees and nice landscaping. The owner (me!) lives in the main house on site, with two dogs Sammy and Lucy (and they have a separately fenced yard).
