We have stayed at this condo before and will definitely come back. The space is adequate, the neighborhood is very quiet, it is just about 2 blocks from the beach and it includes a parking space. The pier is also very close by as are many restaurants and shops that you can easily walk to from the condo. It has everything you could ever want on Tybee Island!
I liked the location, it was on south end of island, easy walking to beach or downtown. The couch is a bit worn down and too uncomfortable to fold out into the bed. Bedroom was comfortable. Seating in living room could have been better. Only had a hardback chair and the worn couch. Kitchen chairs were not comfortable at all.The inside was clean and nicely decorated. Outside a bit worn and needed cleaned. Overall location was wonderful but furniture needs upgraded a bit.
Nice clean room with plenty of space for two people. Location is about 2 blocks from the beach, so it's only about a 6 minute walk. The included washer and dryer made things very easy to keep up with laundry during the week. The neighborhood is quiet and is within walking distance of a bunch of the touristy shops and restaurants. Only about a 25 minute drive to downtown Savannah if you want to do some ghost tours as well. 5 star property. Would gladly stay here again in the future.
While not luxurious, the efficiency apartment had cute decorations. We liked that it was near everything we wanted to do. A very nice neighborhood. I would recommend a new microwave. It was in terrible shape and may not have been safe anymore. We loved having a washer/dryer and the refrigerator was very large.
The property is run down. No bugs. Needs TLC. Listing was accurate about kitchen. The bed was AWFUL! Big valley in the middle. Would NOT stay here again
Great property, great response from property management. Had a small issue when we pulled the couch into a bed, it wasn't cleaned from the last stay and was really yucky. Someone came out right after I called to address it and shared their solution to make sure that wouldn't happen again.
The property was nice, but the amenities were a disappointment. The coffee maker and fridge were not properly cleaned and the living room furniture could definitely use a good steam clean.
The place was very clean. It does need TLC Which I think is lacking because the property is for sale. The bed is very uncomfortable, not very many necessities. But you can move past those, but what I could not get past and had a very hard time with is the big spotlight that is outside the bedroom window, literally lights up the whole room, including the living room so you canât even block the light out they do not have decent shades or curtains to put up so itâs like youâre sleeping in daylight.
We have stayed at other Pavillon Walk units and we love this location. This unit was decorated so cute.
A couple of problems we experienced was the kitchen only has 4 forks available. It probably has more than 10-12 spoons. It appears that a set of each was purchased that all match and forks have gone missing.
Also, I know it's for security, but the porch lights on upstairs porch--this unit is only upstairs unit--come on automatically each night around 11 and stay on for 12 hours. The lights make bedroom extremely bright all night thus waking up thinking the sun is out. The lights across the front of building shine up & down side of building and are not shining directly into a window. Maybe only have smaller lights on the steps as a suggestion. We did have blinds & curtains closed but it was like car headlights shining directly in the window.
South Beach, Tybee Island is the most sought after area due to the beautiful beaches and close proximity of all the fun shops and restaurants. All linens, bath and beach towels provided. Pets are allowed, dogs only with a maximum of two, Pet Fee $150 per dog added after reservation is made.
