Great place and nice and clean. We had a terrific time. Plenty of room and beds were super comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze.

Peaceful and quiet as described. Also tons of activities and places to eat in the surrounding areas. The beds were super comfy and the cabin was clean. Excellent communication with owner.

Fantastic. Great bang for the buck. Could bring the whole crew,rather not . Right by 1st hole on Bison but so surrounded by trees you will have to look for it. Loved every bit of it.Great setting. Uniquely the tucked away in relation to other neighbors. Private.Quiet. I'll be back.

We really enjoyed staying here for a weekend! It’s in a convenient spot for the lake! We came with friends and the space was perfect for us. Patio deck was a great place to grill and hangout during the day. Host was very accommodating to our plans as well!

This home is lovely! Great kitchen with anything you need to make a meal at home. The grill is great - looks new and we used it twice. Love the coffee/wine bar! The king bed in the master is very comfortable! We didn’t use the second bedroom or bathroom as it was just me and my husband. Had a problem unlocking the door when we first arrived so I called the owner - Angela. She answered immediately and as it turns out it was operator error . Roku Smart TV is nice you can log in to your own streaming apps. Will definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends. Minor detail: couch in living room is a little uncomfortable- very low and hard to get out of; granted I’m a woman of a certain age with bad knees .

Birthday weekend getaway

Our family of four stayed here for the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great location and we loved kayaking in the lake!

Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues during our stay. The keypad to enter the house did not work. Thankfully, Angela was very helpful & provided us with an alternative way to enter the property. Several other things did not work or were in need of attention. The back porch really needs a working light, as the small lights currently there did not work, making the area very dark at night. We were also unable to use the dishwasher because the soap compartment was broken, & there were knives missing from the kitchen. The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay either.Cleanliness was another concern. The showerhead had visible buildup & scum. We also noticed cobwebs along the ceilings. The house overall could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The exterior was also disappointing compared with the listing photos. The bushes were very tall & overgrown, making it difficult to comfortably walk outside. One of the most unpleasant discoveries came during checkout. When we stripped the beds, I noticed yellow stains on the pillows & mattresses, which honestly grossed me out. The mattresses were also extremely soft and uncomfortable.I really wanted to like this property, and I appreciate how helpful Angela was when we had trouble getting inside. However, between the maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, non-working Wi-Fi, and uncomfortable beds, our stay did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

When you experienced difficulty with the keypad at check-in, I was happy to help you access the property right away. The keypad has worked for guests both before and after your visit, but I understand how frustrating that experience must have been. I also appreciate you letting me know about the dishwasher and missing knives after checkout. Unfortunately, the other concerns mentioned in your review were not brought to my attention during your stay. Had I known about them, I would have gladly worked to address them as quickly as possible. I take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming cabin for our guests, and I take all feedback seriously. I’ll be reviewing the concerns you’ve shared to ensure Pine Haven Cottage continues to be a place guests can enjoy.

Birthday Getaway

We spent a weekend at the cabin to escape the heat and celebrate a birthday. It’s a great spot and we really enjoyed the deck! Would stay here again.

Nice, clean, recently renovated two bedroom house on pine tree property with an amazing view. My wife and I really enjoyed the property. Great stay!
