I enjoyed my stay very much. The cabin was just the right size and it was well stocked. The location is great, very private and peaceful Only downside was the A/C did not really cool the bedroom effectively. I would definitely stay again!

Propery was exactly as described. Very quiet neighborhood close to everything in Pinetop. Loved the front porch, kitchen was well stocked and while a small house it was set up nicely. Tim was very helpful and worked with us when our plans changed. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Such a perfect set up for a couple, and another persondog for the guest house in the back! Nice big yard for kicking a ball around for the dog. Wonderful location- 10 min to Casino, walks along Rim road, where there are no houses- just the pretty pines! Clean and well laid out little home!

Quiet neighborhood awesome porch

The property is as pictured. The porch is so so nice comfortable and wonderful to sit and enjoy coffee, dinner or relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet other than the occasional barking dog. The owners were very responsive and welcoming.

Property is as pictured. The screened in porch is very comfortable and great to have dinner on the porch. The house is well stocked and bed is very comfortable. Perfect yard for a dog our support dog able to go in and out on his own. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood there are alot of dogs and they bark as you walk the neighborhood. Our second stay and we will return.

This is absolutely the cutest house ever! It is a small home, but has everything and you can tell the owners take pride in it. The owner was very communicative with me when I needed it. The location is right in the middle of Pinetop. Gorgeous!!!!For this trip, I brought my 11-year-old daughter.It would be an amazing place to be for a couple; however, I am coming back! :)

The place was very clean. But it didn’t have a screen door. It had screen with magnets which let in leaves. Lots of cobwebs on the porch even though they said they had cleaners come in. My biggest problem was no hot water the first night freezing cold water because there was a switch that had been turned off in the kitchen. The showerhead was above my reach and I had to get a stick to get the showerhead down so I could use it to take a shower when they did get the hot water turned on. The hot water tank for showers is only 5 gallons so after mixing it with cold, you got about four minutes to take a shower not long enough to wash hair and rinse everything off. Two bedrooms is misleading as one is completely separate from the rest of the house and I don’t know how air circulation is there. Also the air-conditioning did not work until after they came in to fix it. The yard was very nice. The outside was clean. Great TV service. Bedroom very small. Ceiling fan in family room on high wobbled so much you couldn’t hear the TV.

Thank you for your stay. We addressed every concern you mentioned immediately — including sending our cleaner and handyman the same day. Our cleaner also had to complete additional cleaning due to the large dog you brought, even though the reservation was booked without pets.The air‑conditioning was working properly; the portable unit simply needed to be set correctly, and once adjusted, it cooled the space as intended. We replaced the ceiling fan, resolved the temporary hot‑water delay, and confirmed everything was functioning normally afterward. The second bedroom is accurately listed as a separate casita, and its size and layout are clearly shown in the photos. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well‑kept property, which is reflected in our consistent 5‑star reviews. The experience you described does not align with the feedback we receive from the vast majority of our guests.Thanks again for booking.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how well-kept and welcoming everything was. The house itself is adorable —clean, cozy and thoughtfully decorated. The closed in patio was a major bonus as we could enjoy the beautiful weather without being bombarded by any bugs (I’m sure my hunting dogs would have had a nice meal out of some flying beetles anyways) In addition, the cabin had everything we needed, including a full kitchen that made it easy to cook meals and enjoy quality time with my parents.One of the highlights was the huge yard—our dogs were absolutely in heaven! They had so much space to run and play safely, which made the trip even more special for all of us.The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we felt right at home throughout our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. Even their neighbors had nothing but kind words to say about them. We can’t recommend this place enough and will be booking with them again in the near future.

My family and I had an amazing time, Tim is an amazing host, everything is clean and has a great home away from home feel. Love all the trees around and fire pits, close to shopping and restaurants but far enough away that u feel like u are somewhere else. I would recommend this home to anyone that has a family and pet, the house is all fenced and porch is amazing to hang out on. Great escape

The host was very quick to communicate. The property was extremely pet-friendly in a quiet cozy neighborhood. The property itself was very accommodating and extremely well-maintainted.
