Le Bungalow Broadway - Cottage 4CH avec véranda et jardin clôturé

Thank you, Pamesha, for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad you found The Broadway Bungalow clean and well maintained, and we are sorry the unexpected appliance issues affected your stay. When you brought the refrigerator, oven, and bedroom television concerns to our attention, our team worked quickly with you to find the best solution. We offered alternatives that included moving to another Lilmar home or ending the stay early if that was more comfortable for your family. When you preferred to remain at The Broadway Bungalow, our team arranged two televisions, a countertop oven, and a replacement refrigerator so you could continue your stay as comfortably as possible. We also appreciate your comments regarding how the home’s amenities were represented. Since your stay, the property description, amenity information, and listing photographs have been reviewed and updated to more accurately reflect the current setup of the home. Thank you for choosing Lilmar Vacations and for giving our team the opportunity to assist during your stay. Miranda at Lilmar Vacations
