You are right on the shores of Saint Charles Bay, allowing you to admire picture-perfect bay views every single day. Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier). Your home is centrally located within the community and is within walking distance of these amazing amenities.
The home, recently built in 2022, boasts an abundance of features, from a private gas grill and outdoor dining area to an inviting waterfront patio with an outdoor dining area - ideal for steak nights or spending quality time with loved ones. Enjoy amazing views of the bay from the comfort of the patio which features an outdoor TV and fans that keep everyone cool. With free WiFi, streaming, and board games, you won't go short of entertainment for those lazy evenings. And of course, the full kitchen with a wine fridge will make indoor gatherings that extra bit special. Prepare delicious homemade treats thanks to all the wonderful, stainless steel appliances, and use the Keurig to make a cup of coffee or two before starting your day. There is a dedicated laundry room with a washer/dryer, sink, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.

Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Parking notes: No parking available.
Security camera details: There is an active surveillace camera in the exterior of the home.
Dock details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
