Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house as well as the community amenities during their stay. Guests access the home using their custom door code and key, which is provided 24 hours prior to check-in.

PARKING: 2 vehicles max allowed
• 1 vehicle can be parked in the designated covered parking space
• 1 vehicle can be parked in an uncovered space in the parking lot. First come first serve.

Uber and Lyft arrive within 3-8 minutes of placing a request for a ride.
Most locations are a short 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride!

FAQ & RULES:

OCCUPANCY:
If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the allowed amount at the property. Please be cognizant of the # of guests you enter while booking!

SECURITY:
We have exterior cameras pointing at all entry points for guest and host security. There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. These are in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Tempe noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2,500)
Please be aware that we have a privacy-safe sensor that monitors noise outside the sliding glass door. Do not tamper or remove the sensor; it will notify us if touched and you will be charged a $250 fee.

EARLY CHECK IN / LUGGAGE DROP OFF?
We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us ($50 early check in fee may apply)

LATE CHECK OUT?
Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest.
Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.

PETS?
We love our pets, but they are NOT allowed during your stay.

SMOKING
This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises. A $500 will apply if seen
