We have engaged a local cleaning company to ensure your villa is clean and in working order when your arrive. We also have an inspector come in AFTER it is cleaned to make sure it is clean to our standards!

A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date. Included are directions, contact information in case you need to contact us, a Palmetto Dunes Resort map and a list of restaurants/shopping.

This condo was exceptional. Very well furnished, kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Views from all windows were great. Beach chairs and umbrella were available. Location great too.

Top floor view was great . We loved our trip and will come back next year. Went bike riding , walking the beach and good restaurants. People in area are very nice . Great vacation.

Perfect location!

Spacious, clean, bright, comfortable villa. Beautiful view of pool and ocean from windows and balconies. This was my family’s second stay in this villa and we love it! Highly recommend! HHI is our favorite place to vacation- the natural beauty, large beaches, bike riding, shopping and restaurants all make it great!

Outstanding view

Overall, absolutely excellent. We really enjoyed the location. The pool areas were gorgeous. The family pool got super crowded a few times, but it is a busy time of year.The adults only pool looked lovely but
life with kids, we didn’t get to enjoy that one.The grounds at Villamare were lovely. Due to some typical evening summer storms, the kids got to enjoy the indoor pool one afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed the small pond with all the turtles. Warning tho, the frogs are/were LOUD at night and they can be heard from the condo. It made me giggle, but also a bit annoying, but that’s nature! As for the actual condo, it was lovely. Very spacious, and with this particular location, it was so very quiet for the most part! The view was spectacular. Ocean out every window, and we loved that we could see the pond and the pool also. The only slight negatives about the condo
the balcony furniture is in dire need of replacement. Rusty furniture off the main balcony, and a broken chair on the other one. We love eating and sitting on the balconies, but the furniture didn’t make it very pleasant. The view made up for it tho! The master bed has a terrible creaking noise every time you move. And we didn’t love the bathroom setup for us. The actual bathrooms are tiny, and the sink in the bedroom made it challenging if you have people who get up at different times. The owner was fantastic. We had a small issue at arrival but she immediately took care of it! Again, overall excellent.

The ocean view from the 5th floor was incredible. Loved the wood floors throughout the condo.

Villamare is a wonderful place to stay. Loved the new pool, with the separate adult serenity pool and hot tub. Took advantage of the remodeled grilling area for family dinner one evening. The proximity to the beach is ideal being close to the pool areas.

Great views!

We had a great stay. Good location to beach and restaurants. The view from living room and patios is beautiful. Highly recommend the serenity pool for getting away from the loud family pool. Elevator did go out a couple times, which was okay for us, so if you need the elevator, that could be a problem. Probably won’t be able to come here again because they updated after we reserved it. Guessing we got a deal as the updates were done when we arrived.

Gorgeous view and stay

We absolutely love this condo complex, and this unit is wonderful. Clean, spacious, and a million-dollar view! The pools have all been refurbished and are wonderful. Proximity to the beach can’t be beat. We can’t wait to go back!

Holiday getaway

We had a lovey quiet getaway over the Christmas break. Location is close to Shelter Cove for restaurants and shopping. Condo had a nice view and pleanr of room for us plus my daugher and friend.

Amazing!

The only problem we had was that we couldn’t get in sooner! This resort had it all! The view was perfect and Carolyn was a wonderful host! She got back to us promptly on any issues we had (which were basically none)!

Highly recommend this property! Everything went smoothly. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and living space. Every room has a fabulous view. It was extremely quiet and peaceful.

Sisters Trip

Palmetto Dunes is a great location in the center of everything. This unit has a wonderful view of the pool and the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked although we didn't use it much! The beds were comfortable and there's plenty of room in each bedroom to move around. Both bedrooms had a balcony which is nice.

Great view and location

While the weather was not what we expected with tropical Debby rolling in, the owner kept us informed and did everything she could to make our stay a good one. When the weather was good, the view was amazing. We loved the serenity adult pool.

Proximity to beach and pools can't be beat!

Loved this property! Perfectly located in Villamare, just steps away from the pool and beach. Loved being able to enjoy the serenity pool when my kids took a break inside. All amenities are within a very short walk, and this resort has everything we could possibly want during our vacation. LOVE all the island biking! 10/10
