Our Favorite Spot

Harbour place is our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach!Sweet Retreats 411 did not disappoint. Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable!

Owners were quick in communicating, and the place was just as pictured! Very clean, and super easy and quick to get to the beach! Beautiful view and comfy beds.

Owners were great, they even sent a list ahead of time to let you know what was provided and what you should bring. They fully stocked the condo including beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas, most condos don’t do that. Truly thought of everything. Clean, nice furniture, cute decor. Building has indoor/outdoor pool! Only somewhat negative was slow elevators. We had 6 adults and 1 child, not cramped at all. Perfect view from the balcony.

Very clean. Nicely laid out. Clear view of the sunrise from the master. Great ocean view from the balcony. Easy walk to the nice clean beach. Pretty quiet, but we were there slightly off-season. Really good restaurants (EXCEPT Dick's Last Resort!). Parking was no problem and I did purchase a second parking pass. Rick was very communicative and the check-in/check-out process went without a hitch. DEFINITELY would request this property next trip.

Great stay!

Thank you for a fun and memorable trip for our family! Even though the building is old, the unit is nice, updated, and clean. Great views with multiple dolphin sightings from the balcony end excellent location to great food!

Thanks for your review. Yes the building is older, it was built in 1996 so it's 28 years old, but is very functional for it's age. When we became owners a year and a half ago, the condo was dated. We updated and refurbished everything top to bottom, to what the condo is today. The building is also smaller than the condo towers which means the beach density isn't as crowded. There's more room on the beach in front of our building to spread out. We agree, we became owners because of the spectacular views from the condo. Thanks again for booking with us.

Family Beach Vacation

The condo was exactly like the pictures and listing! It was beautiful, clean and had amazing views! Very accessible! The beds were so comfortable and to have a bathroom with every bedroom was great! It housed all 10 of our family members with plenty of room!

This was my first Vrbo rental and I was blown away! The host contacted us ahead of time letting us know what was provided and suggesting things to bring. They let us know what to expect & events in the area.The roms were clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the Gulf views were spectacular. The beach is clean and well kept and connected to the building by a boardwalk. The building also had a heated pool and hot tub that were greatly enjoyed. We saw dolphins from the balcony.All in all, I cannot think of a single thing that I would change about this accommodation. I hope we can get this exact rental next trip!

Weekend getaway

One of our kiddos had a soccer tournament in Foley and we made a quick family beach trip out of it. The location was suburb, the beach access was great and the unit had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen.

Great place!

This property was perfect for us and friends. There was just enough room and the kitchen was perfect equipt with everything to cook. The room was very clean. The beds were super comfy and the owners were great to talk to and getting back to us when we had a question. It’s a great location to the beach and so many restaurants and fun things to do and shopping!! Highly recommend and we’ll likely come back!!
