Had a fantastic time at this condo! The owners were super hospitable, and we felt like we were staying in a home rather than a rental. We had zero maintenance issues, which is easy to take for granted. Our kids motto for the vacation was âthis is the lifeâ as they ate all of their meals while lounging on the balcony. There was ample drawer space for clothes, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We really liked how there was a lot of separation between the master bedroom and kids rooms. We also loved the front patio where we could leave some beach toys. Bedrooms, living room, and kitchen were all very spacious. Bathrooms were a little small but still more than adequate.Having a covered parking spot right next to the elevator was very convenient. The spot was a bit tight for our minivan but we managed fine. The walk from parking spot to water was only 3 minutes. We appreciated the low-density nature of Romar House. Although we came at a busy time (Labor Day Weekend), we were always able to find ample space for our group at the beach. We also never had to wait long for an elevator, and sound levels remained fairly low on the balcony. Both of the pools were great. One was ideal for kids (3-5 feet deep) while the other was deeper (5-9 feet). We did not make use of the tennis courts or gym. I do wish there was a hot tub. We loved our stay and wouldnât hesitate to come back!
