Ce charmant condo se trouve juste sur la plage. Vous pouvez profiter du lever du soleil tout en prenant un café sur la terrasse privée. Si vous ne voulez pas sortir, ouvrez simplement les stores et profitez de la vue depuis le salon. Quelle que soit la météo, l'océan vient à vous. L'âge minimum pour louer est de 27 ans.

C'est une grande évasion pour les mois hors saison car il est à côté de la plage de Rehoboth. La plupart des restaurants de Rehoboth sont ouverts toute l'année ainsi que les centaines de magasins sur la Route 1 pour ceux qui aiment faire du shopping.

Les animaux domestiques sont autorisés hors saison uniquement avec une approbation écrite et des frais. Seul un animal enregistré peut être dans l'unité. Les animaux non enregistrés seront supprimés.

Filthy accommodations but a beautiful view

This property overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is steps from the beach. The ONLY thing worthwhile about it was that it’s beachfront. It had YEARS of accumulated dirt everywhere. Sticky surfaces which were covered with old food or liquid residue. I doubt it had been cleaned in YEARS

Loved the place, very accommodating host. If anything comes up, Mary is very attentive and helpful. Beach front location can't be beat.

Our stay at Sunspot

We loved the area. The people were all friendly, and we loved being able to take our dog, Gracey on the beach. The view of the ocean from the balcony was lovely. Our hostess was very helpful when we had any wpwyestiond. Would stay there again.

Family getaway

Overall our stay was great! The location you cant beat to the beach and restaurant/bars. Somethings need updated like the couch, very old and dirty with stains. Shower location in the kitchen was odd but for it just being the two of us and the pups, it wasn't a big deal. Thank you Mary!

Ideal location

I was very comfortable for my 2 week stay. As other reviews indicated, you can't get a better location. Sitting on the balcony was just as good as sitting on the beach. Kitchen was pretty well stocked so it met my needs. And I was happy that it was very clean! Would definitely come again.

Mary was very responsive to our needs but the unit leaves a little to be desired. Ocean front view was great. The windows were so dirty we couldn't open them. The layout -- which can't be undone -- leaves a little to be desired.

Short Stay on Dewey Beach Delaware

The condo was in a good location right on the beach and facing the beach. It was in easy walking distance of a number of restaurants along the coastal highway. The unit is quite small and Dewey Beach is quite crowded and lots of traffic along the coastal highway even in late October. The area is probably a zoo during the peak season. We were use to mor space and quiet on the outer banks of NC.

A great small condo

Just the two of us looking for a quiet vacation and this oceanfront condo certainly delivered. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Steps from the beach and very short walk to restaurants and night life. The amenities within the house were great - no complaints. Fantastic communication with owner. We will be back.

Another Great Stay!

This property has the most beautiful view, easy access to the beach, easy parking, great place to wash off sandy feet, and everything you need for a comfy, easy stay with the exception of laundry. This was our second stay and it was even better than the first! It feels like home. It's nothing fancy, but you can have drip or K-cup coffee, use the dishwasher, take a bath, and use the balcony to watch the dolphins. Mary was quick to respond to a question we had. What was better this time was there was more TP stocked and the first time, there were ants in the kitchen area, but I am assuming it was due to the prior people staying, because we didn't leave out anything they would want and there were none this time around. Plenty of cups, dishes, silverware, etc. We did end up using the whole roll of paper towels by the end of the week, but made do. All in all, a very lovely stay! Would definitely stay again.

Dewey Beach

Facility is in need of updating, built in the 1960's - not much has changed since it was built. We found dirty pots / pans in the cupboard, and the place lacked certain amenities such as toilet paper and paper towels. The location was good. Right on the beach.

Wonderful Property

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property! The location could not be better. We were just steps away from the ocean, making it easy to go back to the home as needed when we were at the beach. We LOVED spending time on the balcony as we watched the waves crash and the dolphins swim by. The home itself was lovely. Everything was clean when we arrived and we really enjoyed the space. We loved being able to see the ocean from the living room and kitchen. My daughter enjoyed the ocean view from the window of the second bedroom as she read books. We had a wonderful stay here and plan to return!

Cozy and bright

We had a great stay yet again this year. Dewey has become an annual event with our daughter and her dog during the first week on the “off” season when you can expect dogs to be at almost every umbrella. We ate on the deck where we felt like we were on a sand-free zone of the beach. The unit is well designed, keeping comfort and utility in a small footprint. The kitchen was nicely equipped — from a great coffee maker to a full size fridge. I cooked many of our meals, but we also took advantage of the terrific food that was just a 5 min walk away.

Getaway

The condo is in great location, viewing the beach from deck was nice. Drawback was not being able to leave door open because of flies. Need screen door. Had issue with losing key on first day, but owner answered call right away and had cleaning lady come let us in. Lots of great eating and drinking establishments within walking distance. Bathtub/shower not easy to get into. Have to step over high rim. Not good for two people with a bad back and bad knees. But overall a very nice location and property.

Celebrated our anniversary.

Had a fabulous anniversary. Location, location, location! On the beach! Near bars, restaurants, breakfast spots. Short drive to shopping and anything you need! The property was overall clean, but very musty, so bring plenty of plug in air fresheners and problem solved. There was a fair amount of dog hair on the living room rug. The bathtub did not appear to be clean enough for our taste. We brought our own vacuum cleaner and cleaning products and used accordingly. The bathrooms could use a cosmetic upgrade, but were overall satisfactory. The description of the property failed to mention the queen mattress is actually in the sofa bed, so we opted not to use it. My husband and I slept on the double bed in one of the bedrooms. It wasn't the most comfortable, but we didn't wake up with sore backs. You will definitely need to cover the sofa as the owner advised, as it needs a good cleaning. Flys were an issue, but owner provided a swatter. The TVs work well. Lighting is good, including the balcony. We only used the fridge and it worked well. You can't beat the view!! Got to see the sunrise from the nice size balcony, and it was amazing. If you have any issues or questions, the owner is responsive in a timely manner, courteous, friendly and helpful. We will likely return next year.

Perfect Location, Good property

My family has been going to Dewey for 5 years for vacation and before booking, we already knew this property location would be excellent. Just walk right out to the beach and come back to the rental to use the bathroom without issue when needed. A must with young children. The property was nice. It was a bit outdated, but had the essentials. However, we made the mistake of thinking we could use the laundry facility on-site and there was no access (owners only) and no laundry available in the rental. We also didn't realize that we should bring our own hand soap for the bathrooms, as well as toilet paper, and that "bring your own sheets" includes pillow cases. Therefore, once we arrived, we had to make a Walmart run right away, especially for toilet paper... eek! We found there was a station for washing off sandy feet in the garage area. We only contacted Mary once to ask about the laundry and she replied the next morning that there was no laundry. We would have appreciated some recommendations but we didn't ask for them (we had packed lightly thinking we were going to be able to do laundry there). Because sand is inevitable, we had to sweep and vacuum multiple times while there, but the vacuum didn't work very well so sweeping was the better option. We did arrive to small black ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. They died down after a few days and we were extra sure to keep everything in the fridge so they wouldn't have anything to munch on (I'm assuming the former residents must not have been as careful). The place was otherwise pretty clean. The kids enjoyed the tub. The deck was excellent and we appreciated the single serve K-cup/coffee maker to enjoy some coffee out on the deck. Overall, it was a lovely trip and again, the location was excellent.

Excellent View Of The Beach

This was a perfect beach condo if you want to see the ocean. The balcony was the best part. We would watch the sunrise every morning and then spend the day on the beach. I will definitely come back.

Relaxing

We had problems with the shower as the knob to redirect water to the shower head did not work. We had to go buy toilet paper the first day as there were no reserves and rolls were mostly used. Very little space to store clothing. It met the minimal basics but we enjoyed the deck and ocean views.
