This mid-century modern oasis provides resort-like living with designer dĂ©cor, outdoor spaces, mountain & sunset views, saltwater pool & hot tub, all within minutes of Palm Springs top attractions. Located in the quintessential mid-century Racquet Club Estates, the home includes 2 BRs + office/den and all the modern amenities youâll need for optimal indoor/outdoor living.
Racquet Club Estates is known for its stunning mid-century modern architecture. Itâs about a 5 minute drive from the center of town.
Youâre renting the entire house. The whole house and yard are yours exclusively to enjoy.
Mid-century open floor plan with Southwestern design flair delivers you an incredibly relaxing and inviting space, both inside & out. This house features 2 bedrooms with King-size beds, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living room, office/den, Sonos integrated sound system, record player, multiple outdoor seating & entertaining areas, pool, hot tub, fire pit and AC throughout.
The open kitchen, dining and living rooms look out to the green yard & hedges as well as the sparkling blue pool. Feel at home in a fully stocked, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, outdoor BBQ pit and so much more.
The kitchen island / bar countertop makes for a great focal point as you prep meals, serve apps or beverages with the adjacent dining area serving as a natural extension. The vintage appointed living room offers a variety of seating and relaxation spots, include large, deep sofa, classic mid-century lounge chair, and smart tv, all accented by newly installed clerestory windows.
The primary bedroom features a California King bed, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in rain shower, large double closet and direct access to a private seating area.
The second bedroom also features a California King bed and immaculate views of the San Jacinto mountains. This room includes a large closet, beautiful teak wood & cane armoire, and fantastic energy.
The converted middle room now serves as an office / den area with incredible views & light through towering clerestory windows. If you need to work or read or relax while away from home, this is the perfect place to do it.
As beloved as the interior home is, the outdoor space is the highlight of the property. Combining a resort style saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit and striking mountain views, with a dining table for 6, multiple seating areas including poolside chaise lounges and 3 thoughtfully places umbrellas for those shade seekers. Brilliant green Ficus hedges provide sanctuary, with unobstructed mountain and sky views.
The BBQ awaits the outdoor chefs who can take in the entirety of the yard and views while grilling. And if you need a little more outdoor activity, in addition to multiple pool floats and games, a bespoke cornhole game awaits you in the yard with revealing mountain views.
There is a fee to heat the pool & hot tub depending on the time of year, message us for details.
