This luxury home is located in the heart of Capitola Village is the perfect spot for a vacation getaway. This property has everything you need for your home away from home. Located in the village and a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Or if you're looking for a night in, relax at home making dinner, soaking in the hot tub, and sitting in front of the fire. This home has it all!
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests
- 4 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms
- There is no reserved parking space for this unit, however we do provide 1 parking permit for street parking in the area. If you have a second car, there is paid parking available on the street. We provide more details in your check-in instructions.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Backyard with hot tub & outdoor shower, and a deck with a BBQ, fire pit, and outdoor seating

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS
There is a flex room located on a separate floor from the main living area that can be used as a 4th bedroom or a second living room depending on guest needs during their stay. When converted to a bedroom it can be made private with closing doors and a queen sized sofa sleeper, however does lack a closet. When utilized as a second living room it has expansive sliding doors that open up to the lower patio and comes complete with a mini bar and sink for your entertaining needs
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, this is not a shared property.

Capitola is a coastal jewel in Santa Cruz County. This charming seaside village is known for its colorful beachfront houses, coastal boutiques, and fantastic dining options. With a relaxed atmosphere, Capitola is a paradise for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Stroll along the picturesque Capitola Beach and explore the unique shops and eateries. The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.
Getting Around:
- Whole Foods, New Leaf, and Safeway (3-6 minute drive)
- Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15-20 minute drive North)
- The Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive South)
Other Things to Note:
- This vibrant neighborhood is located on a main road, so you may hear some traffic noise during the day and occasionally at night.
- While there’s no on-site parking, we provide a parking permit and a map to nearby permitted spaces for your convenience.
- The first bedroom features a queen-size sofa sleeper, perfect for 2 guests to relax and sleep soundly.
- The second bedroom now includes a unique full bunk bed above the Queen bed, offering extra sleeping space and flexibility.
- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
