We really enjoyed our stay. The cost to value ratio was fantastic. Having free parking in this part of diwntown Miami was a nice plus. The property is half hotel half condos and it was great having access to the hotel amenities.

Time away with husband

We loved our stay here. The place is in great shape and the host was responsive when we contacted him. It was a great location. Away from the party but close enough to walk/take Uber to. Everything was about 10-15 minutes away. CVS and 7-eleven were 1 block away so easy for quick shopping.

Meet the Parents Get-a-way

We were delighted with the property, location and property manager. It was clean, spacious with a beautiful view and balcony area where you could sit and enjoy. The owner was quick to respond to the questions we had and we enjoyed the ability to access area restaurants by walking. The garage enabled us to park easily. Great place to get a way.

Beautiful Luxury High Rise Condo with great views and location

This is a luxury one bedroom apartment on the 33rd floor of a 34 floor high rise that also houses a hotel. It has a balcony with beautiful views of the water and skyline. It is a very nice unit and well equipped. The building has a very nice restaurant on the 25th floor with great views, a nice pool and fitness center, and a Basque restaurant in the adjoining building. It is in a great area. It came with free parking (once I figured out how to do that). I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back.

Perfect Location for Trips in and around Miami

We stayed there for 12 days and used the condo as our homebase for visits in and around Miami, to Key West and Naples.A positive surprise was, that the Miami Mover and the Miami Trolley busses (both are free of charge) are both starting in front of the building.That is a very good benefit, since getting around with the car in Miami is not so funny because of the traffic jam and a lot of road work.We thought that the 33rd floor would cost us some time with the elevators, but there are 3 elevators, and they were really fast. The parking garage has a lot of capacity, and you find a parking space anytime.In front of the balcony in spring 2025 there are 3 buildings under construction and one building is demolished. So during working hours from 7:30 am to 7 pm there is a lot of noise from these construction sites. For us, this was no problem, because we were getting up earlier and during the day we were not in the room. We really recommend this to people that want to do sightseeing and excursions and not for people who just want to stay on the balcony and pool.

My property is a 966 square feet Condo that also is in a 5 star hotel. You get the home feeling in a 5 star hotel for a fraction of the price !
