Experience total relaxation in this updated, convenient-to-everything condo!

This unit is a one (1) bedroom, one (1) bath unit that has two (2) Queen beds in the bedroom to comfortably sleeps 6 total. Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with a large vanity and dressing area. The fully stocked kitchen is great for quick meals and has a window the overlooks the peek-a-boo views of gulf. Come and enjoy our unit with all of its comforts and great location.

This property is pet friendly! There is a $50 pet fee for extra cleaning.

This property is located at 620 W Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores, Alabama. There is a convenient pedestrian-controlled light/crosswalk at the southwest corner of the complex which makes accessing the Gulf Shores public beach a breeze.
‱ NO SMOKING in the property!!! Please close exterior door while smoking so the smoke will not travel inside the unit.
‱ Pets are required to be on a leash when outside the unit. Pets are not allowed in the pool area or in the pool.
‱ There is a fire extinguisher within the property. Please observe the location and read instructions provided on extinguisher.
‱ Please DO NOT set thermostat below 70 degrees in the Summer.
‱ Remove refrigerated items from boxes prior to putting in the refrigerator. The refrigerator will not properly cool if it is filled with large boxes.
‱ Do NOT remove any items from the property to take to the beach; this includes towels, sheets, and blanket.

Gulf Shores Stay

The Condo is in a great location. Arrival was easy to get into condo and everything was clean and air was set to 71 before our arrival so very cool. a nice view from the front patio as well we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay! Very comfortable and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and pillows. Excellent location with water views and close restaurants. Our kids loved the pool and our pup had a nice grassy spot to do her business. Seemless check in and out.

Very clean condo with everything we needed. Loved the private balcony. Very close to the beach and we could see the ocean from the front balcony. Will definitely stay again.

Girls trip

Was the perfect size for me , my daughter and daughter in law for a weekend girls trip. Well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds and we enjoyed the pool area. The only thing that could have improved our stay was extra towels. We were also surprised at the number of stairs. Overall would recommend and would stay again. Also very convenient to the beach access.

We loved our stay. The condo is located near the beach. You cross one street and you are right at the beach access point. There is a life guard stand right there which is great for families with children. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The pool was great and has a hot tub. We plan to stay here again next year!

Good Location

This place was perfect for my husband and I and it was a very good location. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. Just didn't realize there were three flights of stairs! But, overall, very nice. Would stay there again, just not on the top floor!

Quick getaway

Clean and perfect for my husband and twin girls to have a long weekend beach getaway. I heard from the owners right after booking, they timely answered any questions I had, and even contacted me after to mail back my makeup I accidentally left behind. So sweet and easy to deal with!

Great location lots of steps

This place is adorable. It's beach theme makes you instantly feel on vacation. The patio has a cute small view of the ocean. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing I wish I had known was that it's about 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. It made it challenging to carry my 15 year dog up and dog the stairs. I got my workout in lifting her. Wouldn't definitely stay again without bringing the pup with me. Centrally located.

Thanksgiving getaway

Loved the condo, the location, amenities within the condo, and Matt was super easy to communicate with too. Only small suggestion is to be forthcoming in the condo details with the amount of steps there are to get to the condo since it is on the top floor. It’s a great pet friendly condo community and we LOVE dogs, but you could tell that whoever cleaned didn’t 100% clean up after the people beforehand because there was leftover dog hair along the baseboards and under the beds. We didn’t mind because we are used to dogs and it didn’t affect our trip whatsoever.

Stairs

The place was cute, clean, stocked with needs. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. It was convenient to restaurants and stores. The only problem was the stairs, the unit was 3 flights of stairs. It did not say anything about this in the description. Made it hard for us to maneuver as we are older and have some disabilities. We took one step at a time, but hard. This place would be fine for young people.

Great Family Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay at Sugar View in Gulf Shores. The unit was clean, comfortable, and in a great location-just a short walk to the beach with a convenient crosswalk right out front, which made it easy and safe to get there with our two kids. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and were definitely one of the highlights of the trip for our family. The unit was just as depicted in the listing pictures.While I had some communication issues with the host prior to arrival, while at the unit we had an issue arise (not related to the unit) and the host responded quickly and went above and beyond to help us out-which we greatly appreciated.I loved morning coffee on the balcony with the peek-a-boo views of the beach/water. Other amenities that really made out trip easy were the washer/dryer and full kitchen with dishwasher.The area was great for our family with lots to do nearby. We really enjoyed spending a few hours at The Track. It was fun for both our kids and my parents celebrating their 50th anniversary. My parents stayed nearby in the State Park, definitely something to check out as well.There are a number of stairs leading up to the unit but they weren't an issue for us or our pet. Overall, we loved our stay in Gulf Shores and in this unit and would definitely book it again.
