"Bienvenue dans l'unité 404 des Caraïbes située au 1057 West Beach Boulevard où vous rêvez de vacances à la plage! Ce deux chambres, deux salles de bains avec un canapé-lit peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Il accepte les animaux domestiques (un petit chien, frais supplémentaires). La suite principale et la chambre d'amis ont des lits queen. Prenez le temps de vous détendre dans le bain à remous de la suite principale ou installez-vous sur votre balcon privé pour admirer la vue directe sur la plage! Avec trois téléviseurs, un magnétoscope, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi, vos besoins en divertissement seront comblés. La cuisine bien approvisionnée et laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité vous donnent le confort et la facilité des commodités à la maison. Great unit. Private corner balcony without a high rise on top of you next door. Beach area was not over populated--just one row of rental chairs! Mattress/mattress toppers were TERRIBLE... but everything else was perfect.

Overall it was a great experience! You cannot beat the beach views from the balcony which may have been the best part for us. Getting to the beach could not have been easier. All we had to do was go downstairs and boom, access to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna. Really the only complaint may have been the outdated & small “gym.” We pre-booked for next year and can’t wait to enjoy this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean condo that met all of our needs. It was nice to be able to check the beach to see what our group was doing when we had to run back inside for something. Close to shops, groceries, restaurants and easy to get in and out of. The property itself could use some updating, but I would still recommend it to a friend. The desk staff was very helpful and accommodating during the reservation and checkin process.

Last Minute Vacation

We absolutely loved this condo. The view was magnificent. Our mini schnauzer loved it, too. Convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. It was also nice that the pool was a bit heated...was cool, not freezing.

Gulf shore stay with pets

Tub drained VERY slowly, there were two stains on king bed sheets and water stains on the ceiling in the master bathroom. It was great to have our pets with us on vacation.

In Paradise

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was so wonderful to be able to bring our little Morkie with us! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The added bonus was both the indoor and outdoor pools were heated as the weather is just now starting to get warm. We will be renting this unit again! Also check in is a breeze!

This has to be ine of the most amazing places I've stayed the stay was immaculate.

Awesome vacation our anniversary of 42 years

The condo was awesome. The kitchen pots and pans were good quality. The bed was very comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The water was clear and beautiful. It was a great anniversary. We loved having our dog Roxy with us. It was very spacious with the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at Caribbean 404. The balcony is nice for watching and listening to the waves while drinking coffee. Convenient parking spot right at the elevator, which opens very close to the condo door. Great for those who have trouble walking long distances. Very short walk down to the water, only takes about one minute. We brought our large pot, and boiled shrimp. It was also great to bring along our weenie dog. ☺️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo needs updated. Bed very squeaky...frame needs replaced. Kitchen not well stocked. Pans need replaced. No tea picture..had to buy one. Kitchen table felt tacky/sticky. Living room furniture was comfortable. View was awesome. Dog friendly was a plus. However, I would pick another unit in the Caribbean next time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First arrive the room had been straighten up but not cleaned dirty tissues in the mattress under the sheets in the master. Mattress cover on the spare room stained. Dried noodles on the sheets under the blanket. Rug had not been vacuumed. Doors was rusted needed painted. Ketchup packs in the hallway for 2 days. Just could have been better.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was ok. Furniture was dirty but useable. Planned a stay with my 90 year old mother and a handicapped sister. They closed the access to the Ben after being there 3 days so they were unable to get to the beach. Pool was closed. No handicap parking. The whole trip was ruined by the contractors who were there.

The master bath tub was held together with duck tape. There were rats and cockroaches around pool area. The beds felt like you were sleeping on plywood. The only good thing I can say is that the property is convenient to everything. We will not stay here again. It is not worth the money.
