Le Sea Oats Condominium est situé à Gulf Shores, à seulement 5 km à l'ouest du «T» sur l'autoroute 59. Il s'agit d'une zone calme et à faible densité de Gulf Shores. Le complexe s'étend sur 7 acres de propriété située sur Little Lagoon avec un accès à la plage notarié qui traverse une route à deux voies à faible trafic. Sea Oats propose 50 cales de mise à l'eau, mise à l'eau privée, jetées de pêche, 2 belvédères, aires de pique-nique avec les barbecues, deux piscines olympiques et un parking couvert. Sea Oats est un endroit idéal pour amener la famille et les coureurs de vagues!

Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre. Le canapé se transforme en lit queen size. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour répondre à tous vos besoins de cuisson. L'unité offre également une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Téléviseurs avec câble sont situés dans le salon principal et les deux chambres. Depuis le balcon, l'unité donne sur la piscine.

Sea Oats est une excellente destination pour les vacances en famille. Il est calme et a une atmosphère de plage relaxante. Il y a beaucoup de sable blanc et de belles eaux pour offrir un bon moment à votre famille. N'oubliez pas votre canne à pêche!

The place was clean and big. The location was excellent we were right across the street and easy to walk, Dan was super nice he was always communicating with me!! I will highly recommend this place!!

Getaway to Beach

Best of Both Worlds

Nice, comfortable unit located between beach and lagoon. Walk to the beach or launch your watercraft in the from the dock backside. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The property is great. Its an older property. The hall smells of urine. The stairs are killer. And the beach is quite a bit of a walk. For the price and location it cant be beat. Dan is fantastic to work with. I will probably not stay here again because of the stairs.

Beautiful House and Incredibly Accommodating

We were very happy with our stay at Sea Oats. Dan was extremely helpful, communicative, and, most importantly, accommodating our needs during our trip. He quickly answered any questions we had and even recommended several places to visit, get groceries, or eat at while we were there. We will be returning in the future if we have the chance.

Spring Break 2024

This is the perfect location for a spring break getaway. Something for everyone! Fishing on the bay side, beach right across the street, 2 pools to choose from and still close enough to enjoy all the food and shops in town. We had an amazing time.

Great stay!!

Very tidy property! My fiancé and I found the master bed very comfortable! We were happy to find the cupboard stocked with some pretty nice pots and pans along with everything else we might’ve needed for our stay. Location was great for us, being on the 2nd floor. The balcony had a nice view of the pool, so we could see when it was crowded or not! And it was probably equivalent to a 1/2 block walk or less to the beach entrance since it is on the far side of the complex. The beach was gorgeous as well. We loved everything about our stay! Decor was super cute and the towels were SO soft! We would definitely stay again!!

At end of two week stay, killed a couple of bugs. Not sure of condo schedule but know Alabama is popular stop for little critters.

Needs attention

We were at the end of a three month cross country trip and had stayed in MANY homes, condos, etc before arriving here. Location was good for us at this condo but the condo is definitely in need of attention and updating. An air freshener in the living room went off on a timed basis— when you have something like this, you are trying to cover up odors and the smell of it was disagreeable to me. All random throw rugs in bath and kitchen needed to be washed. There was dried food on the inside of a kitchen pot; extremely moldy bath mat just needed to be thrown out and mold on ceiling in bathroom. The bath towels were stained ( except a couple newer towels) and wash cloths were random colors and tattered in one of the bathrooms— have never seen this anywhere and at first thought they were rags! Needless to say, we survived but it was the dirtiest accommodation we had rented! Perhaps the owner will make some updates and improve their cleanings before next year.

Fall break

Our fall vacation at Gulf Shores was wonderful. Dan was a great host and check in was seamless. The condo was clean , well maintained and furnished nicely with everything you need .

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and had two very well kept pools. The property was very peaceful and we loved being able to have access to the downstairs storage room for all our beach stuff!

Wonderful, Quiet Getaway with Wonderful Host

My fiance, my pup, and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in was very simple, and Dan was very prompt in providing all information for check in. The hallway leading up to the condo could definitely use an update, as we were apprehensive about the condo upon seeing the hallway, but pleasantly surprised when finally entering the condo as it was cute, cozy, and smelled wonderful! There was a nice open space on the waterfront to take the pup out, which was very appreciated. I had made a mistake, thinking I booked for 2 nights when I only booked for one, causing me and my group to miss removing all of our items by the check out time. Upon calling Dan, he quickly answered and was patient, kind, and understanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay as well as great hospitality! :)

Perfect Relaxation

Totally the best of both worlds staying at this property. Beach is just a short walk away and also an amazing covered boat dock with a picnic table to enjoy a relaxing sunset. Property is located in a very quiet area in Gulf Shores.
