Great place to stay, well-furnished very nicely done. If you're looking for a place Downtown this is the place. Walking distance to everything you need. Drive to the beach was not bad only 20 minutes.

Perfect stay in downtown Wilmington

Beautiful home perfect for a vacation in Wilmington. We loved the furnishings and being in downtown. Great communication and everything was easy with the hosts. We will definitely be back!

Location, location

Nice location for walking around the shops and restaurants. There are many bars around, so if you are looking for quiet evenings/nights this is not the place for you.

Wonderful!!

The photos of this place do not do it justice. It was so beautifully decorated, very large, comfortable, and great location! I also appreciated the book telling about the history of the building. We enjoyed our stay here so much and I would highly recommend it! Part of the charm of this place is being right in the historic area and hearing the street sounds from below, it was quite peaceful actually, but I will say if you are a light sleeper you may want to being some earplugs for night time.

A grand stay in the Center of it All!

Location = Amazing. A true retreat for us. A must stay if you are in downtown. The property was fantastic and the history of the building was quite interesting from reading the information booklet. The home was decorated beautifully and the entire "apartment" was quite expansive. The pictures on the website do not do this place justice at all. It was like we stepped back into another time and we felt right at home (imagine the Biltmore commercial and staying in one of their rooms but in real life), the only regret we have is we did not stay longer!

Great location!

Many reasons to love this home, but the proximity next to the incredible Copper Penny restaurant is absolutely one! In general, there's no better location. It's in the heart of downtown, and the free included parking makes this a plus! The owner was so sweet and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. For 4 people, this place is HUGE! Both bedrooms are very large, as is the living room and open entrance hallway. I would absolutely stay here next time I'm in Wilmington.

Great Location in Downtown Wilmington!

Battleship View greatly exceeded our expectations! Very roomy and comfortable for a two-bedroom condo. Beautifully decorated by owner with quality furnishings! Artwork was most interesting and of best quality. Several bars/restaurants are very convenient and within easy walking distance. River walk is two blocks away. Condo is in a historic building built in 1903. Wilmington enjoys a historic past and is filled with North Carolina Historical Markers!

Historic building in Great location

Great location right in downtown Wilmington. We were within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The condo is very large with high ceilings and has a very vintage vibe. The only thing I can complain about is the door was hard to locate arriving late at night and with the construction going on outside of the building. (maybe include a map with where the door is located) and include the apartment number bc there are two located in the building and we didn’t know which was ours.

Gorgeous historical condo

The place was beautiful and so spacious you felt like you had a whole house to yourself. Very convenient to the riverwalk, shops, food etc. You do have to park almost a block away and carry your luggage up two flights of stairs so that can be a challenge, esp if you have luggage, groceries, stuff for beach etc. This did not bother me, but definitely wanted to note for future renters, it is very loud in this section at night becausr of the bars and loud cars. I can slerp through it, but if you are a light sleeper this rental may not be for you. Despite the minor cons it was still an awesome place to stay, Id rent it again.

Central to everything

This was a great apartment. Spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely decor. And right in the middle of everything. We loved that we could walk to shops and restaurants and easily go back to the apartment for breaks or to drop off purchases. Bring earplugs if the music and traffic noise that come with being downtown will bother you at night. We didn't mind the noise for the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. Also only 20-30 minute drive to the beaches. Was very convenient to be able to come and go from the parking garage only a block away. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again. It was our first trip to Wilmington, it's a great city, especially this neighborhood!
