First, I would like to say that I tried to contact the property management and the owner after I left, via text and messaging them through VRBO, I didn't want to leave a bad review. I've received no response it has been over 12 days! We arrived at the property around 6 pm, the gate code did not work, we had to follow another vehicle who had access. The code to the front door did work, so we were able to get inside the condo. We found that the condo was not cleaned after the previous guest left. Sheet and towels were on the floor, the bathrooms were dirty and the kitchen was messy. I attempted to call the property manager, getting no response. Fortunately there were 2 other phone numbers listed on the VRBO instructions. I got a hold of the maid service manager and she said that they were not expecting us to arrive until the next day. After she talked to the owner, they found someone to come in and clean that night, which by this time is around 7pm. We had to leave taking all of our stuff back to the car, and go get dinner. We were informed around 9:15 pm that the condo was ready for us. After walking all over 8 miles at one of the parks, we were exhausted. The next day the manager wanted to come over and drop a gift off for us. I told the manager that we will not be there and to please respect our privacy and do not come, "If you want to give us something please reduce the daily rate, give us a discount or take off the cleaning fee. That was the last that I heard from them.
