Welcome to Marsh Walk! This two bedroom Seabrook Island villa is the perfect clean, comfortable home for your next island vacation.
Upon entering you'll be greeted by an open concept living and dining space, with plenty of natural light and beautiful furnishings. The dining area flows into the kitchen, which is fully-equipped and renovated. Off of the living room, enjoy a furnished balcony - perfect for your apertivo or morning cup. The outdoor dining table offers a wonderful place to watch the sun go down while enjoying a meal. The first of two bedrooms is a lovely king primary suite, with a private bathroom and access to the porch. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a private balcony with seating!
The location is ideal for exploring the area. The beach is just a short drive or bike ride away, as is Freshfields Village for all of your shopping and dining needs!

*Please note this property does NOT have access to the Beach Club Pools, the oceanfront restaurants, golf or tennis. It only has access to the Lake House and Marsh Walk Villas neighborhood pool.*
To access the Lake House amenities, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.
