Welcome to Bayside Village! Centrally located between Cape May and The Wildwoods makes our home the place to spend your family vacation! Direct bay access at the end of the street, just a short walk to our neighborhood beach for summer days and the best sunsets! Cox Hall Creek Wildlife Preserve is steps from the house, take a walk through the trail or do some fishing!

Our kitchen is fully equipped , including all new appliances, so stay in for for family dinner night, or head out to one of the areas many amazing restaurants. All the local attractions, including the Cape May Lighthouse, Wineries, Wildwood Boardwalk, etc are just a short distance away. With families in mind our house is set up with all the comforts of home and plenty of room to spread out. There is even a desk for those who may need to get some work done or catch up on emails.
Outside boasts a fenced yard and large patio with a grilling area, outdoor shower, and play area for the kids. The shed is stocked with beach chairs, and plenty of yard games to keep everyone entertained.

We enjoyed our vacations! The house is big but not too big as it’s well design. And what about the patio and the outside shower! We enjoyed our comfy after the beach! Location is great as everything is near by car and the neighborhood is quiet. It was a great house for our family and grandparents.

Perfect stay *****

We had a great vacation at Villas. Great location close to everything. The house is clean and lacks nothing. The beds were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were very practical considering our group. The patio is beautiful and very well-maintained. Communication with the owners was quick and clear. The beach is a 10-minute walk (speed with kids walking!) and the sunsets were a big plus to our week. I highly recommend this house!

Great Beach Vacation

Can't Wait to Go Back!

We stayed here for the 2nd year in a row and everything was just as fantastic as we remembered from last year. This house is top notch. Debra and Steve have remembered so many small details and the decor is gorgeous. It's got a very updated and modern beach vibe while being so comfortable and supplying everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation with family and friends.

Dream beach vacation

The homeowners are just amazing! Thank you so much for the best week in Cape May! Your home is beautiful. Your neighborhood is perfect the beach I can’t say enough about how spectacular it was! If there were more than five stars that I could leave, I would! My family had the most fantastic time on this beach, vacation! We cannot wait to return next year!

Great for families with children

Easily one of the nicest and cleanest vacation homes I found on VRBO. Location near the bay which was easy to get to and not crowded. We plan on staying here again next trip to the Cape!

Villas Beach Cottage

Deb and Steve were easy to work with and the decor and landscaping were lovely. The back patio is amazing. A hot tub was listed in the amenities and was a big draw for us. So we were disappointed to find there was none. However, the beach equipment was new and really appreciated! Some minor issues with black pet hair everywhere. But overall, a nice place!

Great place for a family vacation

We were extremely happy with our stay. The house was extremely roomy; with plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was generously stocked with lots of extras. The backyard patio was a beautiful spot; we loved having our morning coffee out there. Centrally located a short drive from everything, including beaches and shopping.

Perfect summer vacation house!

Our family of 5 spent a week at this house and it was awesome. There was plenty of space, it was extremely clean, beds were super comfy, it has a wonderful kitchen that I wish we used more of, and the beach themed decor was so well done. Gorgeous outdoor patio space. But the best part was the proximity of the house to both Wildwood and Cape May beaches, and the wonderfully quiet beach on the bay just at the end of the street; being able to wake up in the morning and walk a few short minutes to get to a beach was bliss. And Deb was very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

A beautiful home at the beach makes for a wonderful family vacation!

Our family had a wonderful and memorable week at Cape May in this lovely, recently renovated, home. Deb and Steve left no detail undone; everything inside and out was done with expertise and an eye for detail. The back patio was just beautiful! Sadly we didn't get to use it as much as we'd have liked to because of the heat that week, but we did get to use it a bit. And the outside shower was wonderful for rinsing off before entering the house after a day at the beach. Deb decorated the inside impeccably! It was lovely to spend our evenings there playing games and enjoying our family! Another great detail was all the kitchen appliances and tools! It is a well stocked kitchen! They were both so attentive to any need or question we had. We would highly recommend this lovely home and its owners!

Immaculate and Top Notch!

I stayed in this beautiful home with my two adult children, ages 18 and 21. We had an amazing week and didn't want to leave! Everything you could possibly need is in this house and everything is brand new! The decor is very modern and beachy in gorgeous shades of teal, grey and sand. The smallest of details have not been overlooked ie hooks, outlets, etc. SO comfortable, inside and out (what a gorgeous patio!) The location is splendid; short walks to the bay and the Wildlife area that has paths to creeks and ponds (Google "Cox Hall Creek" for photos.) It's a short drive into Cape May and is so nice to come back to this lovely home after a long day at the beach or shopping on the Washington Street Mall. Just an outstanding vacation! Kudos to Deb and Steve for finding their dream home in Cape May! :)

The house was gorgeous. It had all the necessary amenities plus some. The hosts definitely put a lot of thought into the house. The house was extremely clean. The house was spacious enough for our whole family - two adults and five children. The whole check in process was super easy. Deb was very informative and quick to respond with any questions. My family had an amazing vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

Newly renovated with amazing outdoor space

I love this house! It is much bigger than it looks from the outside. The owners obviously put a lot of thought and love into renovating this home. As nice as the inside is, my favorite part of this house is outside. It’s surrounded by white, privacy fence. Given the neighborhood and how close houses are, I really appreciated the separation. The landscape is beautifully and simply done. Nice, sturdy patio furniture and enough to seat 8 people at the table and another 8 on the couch and patio chairs. The shed is adorable and so clean, very well organized too. It comes with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach games. They even have a blower in the shed. Our stay was short, but I can see this piece of equipment definitely coming in handy. And oh my goodness, the outdoor shower. Haha! It was amazing. Loved everything about this house. It’s so great that I buried the nice quick walk to the beach at the end of the street. 😉 Heads up, you may find some dog hair. I was scared it was left from previous renters and the owners would think we broke the rules and brought one! We found out they have a dog and it’s from him, so all good. Also, there were some stinky outdoor cushions in one of the storage units outside. I am guessing from someone putting them away wet or damp. Hopefully they can fix it. There seemed to be extra cushions, so we just didn’t use most of the cushions or pillows in that container.

Villas vacation

Had an amazing stay at Deb and Steve’s home. The house is adorable and expertly decorated. Had everything you can possibly need for a vacation…beach chairs and umbrellas, games, and all appliances for kitchen. The back patio was a perfect little retreat. House was also very clean. The area was 15 min from downtown cape May but was in a cute residential neighborhood. Walking path just up the street and beach 10 min walk. Deb and Steve were great hosts. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great home, great location, great hosts

We had a fabulous stay at this home in the Villas. The hosts were wonderful - very communicative, friendly, welcoming and responsive. The home was immaculate - you can tell it is a family home and well loved. It was a nice comfortable walk to the beach for a casual beach day, and we were able to walk back and forth if we needed something or decided to take a break. We also took some easy excursions to Cape May and Wildwood. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied with our stay! Highly recommended.

Beautiful home

We have been vacationing in Wildwood Crest for over 20 years and we fell in love with the area. A dream came true for us when we purchased this house in September 2022. We now have our bayside retreat to enjoy with our family & share with you and yours.

Completely renovated inside and out, all new appliances, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, all new mattresses, tv's and furniture.
Great location, in a nice neighborhood with direct bay access at the end of the street, it’s like having your own private beach! Centrally located, just 7 miles from the heart of Cape May, 8 miles to The Wildwoods, 2 miles to Lewes Ferry.
