Lovely 6th-floor condo with pool and tennis court, gym, elevator, gulf views

Newly renovated, this sixth-floor, 1,453-square-foot home has new floors and new indoor and outdoor furniture. It also boasts a 30-foot balcony with plenty of room for sitting and enjoying the view. The living room features a queen-size sofa bed, a TV, and free WiFi. The condominium is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a microwave and a dishwasher. The primary suite includes a gulf-front balcony, perfect for watching the marine life with someone you love, while the kids enjoy their favorite movies on the TV in the second bedroom, which also includes a dedicated workstation for remote workers and students. This home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, so you can keep everyone looking their best during your stay. You'll find lots of shopping, dining, and activities in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, both less than eight miles from the home.

Fabulous!

This was our second year at Surf Dweller, and we loved it! The condo was exactly as described and even included little extras like beach towels. The balcony furniture was so comfortable; we spent every morning and evening out there! My family and I can’t wait to return next year!

Awesome place

Clean and spacious. Beds and chairs are comfortable. Tons of pillows available. Nice outdoor furniture. The views in the balcony is amazing. I would gladly comeback!

Relaxing!

Condo was very clean and comfortable and easy to get to and from the beach! Beach service was great! We spent all of our time on the beach but when we ended our day at the beach the condo felt like home. We definitely recommend staying at Surf Dweller 602

Beautifully updated, clean and comfortable with great views of the Gulf! We've stayed on Okaloosa many times and this was by far the best place we've ever stayed.

Wonderful Balcony Furniture!!!!

Loved this condo!!! We have been renting on Okaloosa Island for several years because it is less crowded. What we enjoyed most was having comfortable furniture on the balcony. Kudos to the owner for rhinkin will be staying here again!!!! It was so nice to have some comfortable furniture on the balcony to sit on and enjoy listening and watching the ocean. We hate the wooden furniture especially those that sit up high.

Beautiful Condo on the beach

We absolutely loved this condo! The condo was very clean and furnished beautifully. It was in the perfect location, and right on the beach. There was never a wait for an elevator. We definitely will stay here again.

Great Stay!

Loved the spaciousness of this condo, it wasn't cluttered, open and roomy. Short walk to the beautiful beaches, complimentary beach chairs was a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this condo, it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Bath towels could have used a bit of an upgrade, oh and bring your can opener!!

Perfect Family Spot!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much! It was the perfect size for our family, and the views were incredible! It's a short drive to restaraunts, the convention center, and mini golf. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils & cookware, and it's so nice to have a washer & dryer in the unit. Tiffany was very helpful on the phone & in messages. The beach chair setup was also a nice perk! We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful condo beach view

We loved entire condo! Plenty of room to be extra comfy, plenty of storage for luggage clothes etc. Nicely decorated beach theme. We loved sitting out on balcony watching the waves and at night the fireworks. Much appreciated the Beach towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Everything was amazing! Would def book again next summer! Ps check the main shower door and balcony door little hard to open and close.

Fun and Memorable Spring Break

We love the fact that the property is located at a less busy section of the beach front so we were able to enjoy the water without much crowd. The unit is well equipped (kitchen and overall) and nicely decorated. The view out of the patio is wonderful for the morning coffee or the evening cocktails. The unit is roomy and easily accommodates a family of four.

Okaloosa vacation

We stayed the week at this condo and it was wonderful! The photos online are current and show the details of this nicely decorated condo. Plenty of space, awesome balcony and a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Tiffany was super responsive while booking and with any questions we had. This is a great location and walkable to some nearby restaurants (.5 mi). If we come back to Okaloosa I’ll certainly book this condo again! If you like doughnuts, go to Parlor Doughnuts to enjoy with your coffee on the balcony!

Beautiful property, fabulous location!

What a perfect place for three 60+ girlfriends that needed some toes-in-the-sand therapy! The place was spotless and very bright and airy! We'll stay here again. Two things I would suggest - 2 ply toilet paper, and it might be helpful to others if you clarified the need to enter the # on the entry code. Maybe because we were older we didn't realize that.

VBRO provided wrong contact, took me some time, but the person did find my correct contact. Pls e was great. Elevator was down periodically but was fixed. The beach guy that sets up chairs was great, I would recommend

Amazing

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! The location is perfect! Gorgeous beach without the Destin crowds. Loved the openness in the condo. It felt so roomy and was perfect for the ocean views. I spent a lot of time on the balcony readying and enjoying the view. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals and was close to several restaurants. Literally my only suggetion is a full length mirror somewhere in the master bedroom. The only mirror is in the bathroom. We will definatly book this condo for future beach vacations!

BEST CONDO EVER!!!!

I have been coming to the Okaloosa/ Ft Walton area once or twice a year for about 15 years. This was by far the best place I have ever stayed. Went down with my best friend for the week after Thanksgiving to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We only needed a hotel room- but wanted a FABULOUS balcony. This one did not disappoint. It was AMAZING!!! You could see the sunrise and the sunset and facing sun all day in between. I figured the pictures on the site were staged to make the condo look bigger. But the photos are a perfect representation of the place. We wanted to live there!!! We will definitely be back! It has ruined us for all other rentals.

Wonderful Unit for even better views!

You will not regret booking this unit. Very clean and spacious! Everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Extra pillows, towels, & blankets are available inside the condo. Showers were awesome. Great water pressure with a detachable nozzle inside the master. They have an air fryer and keurig which was a really nice addition too. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the patio furniture was very comfortable and spacious. Elevators were never crowded the whole stay. Pool was heated, so the kids got to swim even in the cooler temps. Decor is beautiful also!! I have nothing negative to say about this unit. Absolutely wonderful! Go ahead and book, you won’t regret it!

Lovely unit! Great view!

The listing on the unit was accurate. It had been renovated and was fresh. Everything worked. Ample storage, comfortable seating. Wonderful balcony. Rental agency allowed us a slightly earlier check in time, which was appreciated. I emailed two questions, first was answered promptly, the second response took a few days. We had no other interactions. Would recommend correction of a trip hazard in the 2nd bedroom, the area rug corner curls up right as the room is entered. Also, consider a safety mat for the shower closest to that room, it can be slippery. Just in case you are prepping for a stay, the unit has both a traditional filter coffee pot and a Keurig. No hairdryers. TP and paper towel, but no other paper products. Salt and pepper but no other condiments or cooking supplies.
