Great home, great price

This was a very cute home and quite comfortable for our stay. Very clean and most everything you need for amenities and household items was provided. Excellent location and convenient for walking to the boardwalk for shopping and meals

Cute Cottage

We were down for the weekend to visit my daughter. Location was perfect. A quick easy walk to the beach as well as quick walk to breakfast locations. House was small, but perfect size for what we needed for the weekend! Would stay again!

Overall pretty good

The place is bigger than the pictures look. It’s close to the beach and boardwalk so I never had to drive anywhere. It was pretty clean. There are lots of roaches. I guess because of all the water nearby. That was unsettling but other than the house was great for the amount of money I spent.

Enjoyed this place

This was a very cute place at a great location. We were able to walk to every where we wanted to go so we didn't have to worry about paying to park. You will have to bring your own beach wagon, chairs, etc. A wagon makes easy work of walking to the beach. The only problem we had with this place was the king size bed. It is a memory foam mattress that we sank down in and made rolling over or changing positions difficult. Other than that we loved everything else about this place. Would definitely rent this property again.

Location, location , location.

This house is in the perfect location. You can walk to the boardwalk, beach and other restaurants. The house was clean and has plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. Perfect spot for a family of 4. We will definitely try to get this house again for our next trip. Bring your own beach gear, no chairs for use.

First Experience

The Best House

Great place to stay. "The Best House", is literally the best house on the beach. This house was beautifully decorated, soo clean, fresh smelling and equipped with all the things needed for a great stay. The kitchen was stocked with multiple essentials for cooking but did not have a Keurig coffee pot . We enjoyed the large porch for evening meals and could listen to the sounds of jazz from the nearby restaurant. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect location

This home is ground zero to all things Carolina Beach. Loved the proximity to restaurants, the boardwalk and the beach access. It was very clean when we arrived. It’s a charming house with wood floors and arched doorways. Probably an older Carolina cottage that’s been remodeled. Liked the extra desk space off the kitchen for sitting down with my laptop to do a little work. Great price, great location, everything we needed.

LOCATION!

Perfect location, very clean! A perfect getaway for our 27th wedding Anniversary! We parked our truck & ride our bikes everywhere! Went island hopping, done some fishing, soaked up the sun! Tropical storm Ophelia rolled through & the house was VERY stable! Kitchen is stocked with bare necessities for cooking, no grill though, wonderful deck out front & out back.

Great location!

The house is in a quiet location a couple of blocks to the beach and restaurants. More than ample covered parking. There is little porch furniture so take your beach chairs. (Great porches front and back.) Prepare to go out for coffee or take your own coffee maker. (A non-functioning coffee maker is there.) The house needs lamps, and one bathroom has nowhere to put anything - not deal breakers and we made do with some creativity. The front door keypad was interesting at first; we got in thanks to YouTube.

Great choice - close to beach

Very happy we selected this rental. House was clean and crisp upon arrival. Perfect location for the Carolina Beach pavilion and boardwalk. We would book again if we come back.
