Cozy Bungalow and Guesthouse in Salt Lake City

Visit Salt Lake in our cozy bungalow home *and* guesthouse! Sip coffee to the beautiful view of the Wasatch Mountains, kick back and relax in front of two 65-inch 4K TVs, or snuggle up with our plush duvets and pillows on our luxurious, memory foam beds. We’d be delighted to host you!

—Neighborhood—
We are tucked into a quaint and historic Salt Lake City neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, and parks, and within two miles of groceries, entertainment, shopping, downtown Salt Lake City, 9th and 9th, and Sugarhouse. Thirty minutes from Park City, and 45 minutes from the major ski resorts like Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and Solitude. The perfect central spot for your visit to Salt Lake!

—Kitchens—
We have two fully stocked kitchen including:
•Drip coffee maker with coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers
•Double Door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser
•Double oven with gas stovetop
•Microwave
•Sink and disposal
•Dishwasher
•Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need!
Other kitchen necessities include griddle, blender, crockpot, toaster, two high chairs and eating essentials for children.

—Bedrooms—
•Main Bedroom - King bed, black-out curtains, mirrored closet with hangers and shelving, mounted TV, ceiling fan
•Second Bedroom - Bunk bed with two twin beds and one additional twin trundle bed underneath, black-out curtains, dresser
•Third Bedroom Guesthouse - King bed, queen air mattress, blinds, black-out curtains, closet with hangers and shelving in hallway
•Queen pull-out sofa with memory foam topper available in sunroom
•Two pack n plays available at all times
Fresh sheets and plenty of soft pillows and duvets will be available!

—TVs and Internet—
65-inch and 55-inch Smart TVs with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Video, and any other apps you’d like with high-speed WiFi with download speeds up to 300 mbps!

—Playroom—
We have a sunroom with lovely skylights that has a window bench for sipping coffee or reading your favorite book, an electric piano, as well as a full playroom full of toys for kids. This is our happy space!

—Bathrooms—
•Main house bathroom has shower and bathtub combo, large shower head, and single sink vanity
•Guesthouse bathroom has shower and bathtub combo, large shower head, and single sink vanity
Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available!

—Yard—
Woodsy backyard area with grass, large trees, bistro lights, wood firepit, pergola with shade, sectional with cushions and pillows, table, kids playground, trampoline, bench swing, sand pit, and other outdoor toys for kids. Main house and guesthouse are on opposite sides with the beautiful yard in between!

—Laundry—
We do not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat a block away.

—Additional—
This is our personal home we rent when we travel, along with guesthouse on the other side of the yard. The main house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining, living room, and sunroom. Guesthouse has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room. It can be great for groups looking to travel together, while still having some space. We have 10:00pm outdoor quiet hours to be respectful of our neighbors.

As this is our personal home that we love and treasure, the quality and cleanliness of our home is absolute top priority, as we do all we can to ensure guests have the best and most relaxing stays in one of our favorite places to be.
