103 Island House is a well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom stair-free, dog-friendly flat, making it the perfect vacation spot for summer guests and snowbirds!
The open-concept floor plan features a living room with comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private patio area through sliding glass doors. The patio features table and chair sets and a gas grill.
The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the galley-style kitchen is outfitted with all you'll need to cook meals for your family.
The main bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV and a private, updated bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV and access to a hall bathroom with a step-in shower.
If youâre looking for Hilton Head vacation rentals for a pet-friendly stay, look no further than Island House, Forest Beach, Hilton Head Island. Please note: 1 well-behaved dog under 80lbs is allowed at an additional fee of $225 plus tax.
This Island house allows 2 cars MAX per the Island House HOA.
The Island House complex features ample parking just steps from your front door, a large spacious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a pool house and picnic area for you and all your guests to enjoy! The large complex pool is located just around the back of the building which also host a grilling area. These Forest Beach villas on Hilton Head are just a short stroll to the beach or restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza.
Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities, just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Bike paths on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
