Active & Social: Enjoy our dedicated, full sized volleyball court, which doubles as a badminton court, perfect for a lively group of tournaments and afternoon fun. Volleyball, badminton rackets and birdies are included for your enjoyment.

Classic Backyard Cornhole Set: Perfect for sunny afternoons, friendly competition and family fun while over looking the ocean Easy to use and featuring the boards and bean bags on site.

Active & Adventure: Start your morning with a sunrise paddle! We provide 9 single kayaks, 1 triple kayak and 2 stand up paddle boards for your free private use, ranging in sizes from kid size to large adult. Life jackets in all sizes are located in the deck box on the deck.

The Surrey Cart: Cruise the neighborhood in style with our charming 4 wheel, 2 person Surrey bike! Complete with a shaded canopy and 2 front child seats. It's the ultimate fun family vehicle for leisurely exploring the area.

The Bikes: Explore like a local with our complimentary beach cruiser bikes ranging in all sizes from kids to adult.

~ ~ Quiet, secluded, major attractions within 1/2 hour distance either way. Harbor seals and eagles frequently visit. Next door to a wildlife sanctuary. Local winery, Maines best seafood restaurants nearby. Kayaking, paddle boards. Arcade games and cable TV all provided inside the home. Excessively large outdoor table with seating for 12 as well as a table for10. Large propane grill for your grilling pleasure.

Early morning hours, the harbor seals can be seen lounging around on the shore and catching/eating fish. I have no idea what kind of fish are there but you can see them jump from the water and caught by the eagles. Unfortunately no matter how hard my husband has tried by using different types of bait but he has never caught any fish there.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY, by booking with us you are accepting our waiver of liability when using the hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards & children’s play set.

Unfortunately, accidents can happen, life jackets are provided in all sizes to be used on when in the hot tub or kayaks. The play set needs to be used with adult supervision. Please do not allow children to start the fire pit or the grill.

Knee pads and helmets are located in the game closet in hallway for those that choose to ride the beach cruising bicycles.

By booking with us then you are also agreeing to waive the owners of the property of any liability for any persons that may get hurt, death or disfigured while using or misusing the activities on site.
