Come enjoy a relaxing and fun experience at this centrally located home. We are the ONLY privately owned vacation home with a private in-ground pool within walking distance to the Village! Our home offers many different spaces indoor and outdoor to relax and build memories with friends and family. We hope you get out and enjoy all the area has to offer, while also feeling like you can return to unwind in our thoughtfully updated home.

The space
This home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps a total of 8 guests. 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 Twin XL beds. All bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the second floor. The first floor features an open floor plan with newly renovated flooring and a 4 season sun room with large windows and bright natural light. The fenced-in backyard is private with a large deck, in-ground pool, separate firepit area and mature landscaping. Experience all this space has to offer for every season!

Guests have access to the entire house, yard & driveway.
(Basement is locked off)

Pool:
Open from Memorial Day (sometimes sooner) to Labor Day (sometimes later) - Pool will close on Sept 28th, 2023 this year.

Location:
Our street is across the railroad tracks (the train does not run- no noise!), tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. This is the ideal location to be nearby to everything, but still feel private. We ask that you respect the neighborhood and the house rules we ask of you. This is a wonderful area and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

great stay in a great house and location

Tough finding a perfect place for my family of 6 when making vacation plans. House was perfect for us and family had a great time. Owner responded immediately to one small issue we needed help with. Would recommend to anyone staying in North Conway, whether a summer or fall getaway, or a ski vacation during the winter.

Perfect Place for a Wonderful Family Vacation

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly situated within Walking distance of shopping, dining, and attractions. The pool was perfect, so we spent a couple of days just hanging out around the house. We absolutely loved it! The rooms were beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. We had everything that we needed right there. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and two you children. Hope that we can make this an annual trip!

Weekend away with family

We were unlucky enough to stay here during a wind storm and the power was out for a few hours upon check-in. Unfortunately there was no back up generator but the home owner was very communicative and bought dinner for us. The living space was great for a large group of family. The only complaints we had were a drop off step out of one of the rooms which was a little sketchy with young kids. Additionally the kitchen was small and the microwave was hard to reach for anyone under 5’5”. The house did have tv with streaming and a really nice sitting room with beautiful sunlight. In terms of cleanliness it was a little dated and there was a gross looking stain in one of the (twin) bedrooms but overall it was pretty clean. Would be a comfortable enough place to stay for 2-4 days.

Wonderful home!

Our two families of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) had a relaxing, comfortable few days at this beautiful property. We loved the pool and the proximity to local attractions. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house is great. Paige was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

We had a great time. The owner Paige answered any question we had. The one thing i didnt look closely at was the the bathroom downstairs is only a tub. We managed but would have been better with two showers.

Great property with easy access to all N. Conway offers

Had a great family vacation with extended family( 5 adults and 3 children). Easy access to all of NConway attractions, most within 10 minute drive or 8 minute walk to downtown. Pool was bigger than expected and a pleasure to dip in when we wanted. Sunroom was a big hit, kitchen adequately stocked with necessities to cook and defray vacation cost. Grill worked well also. Great time and rental property. Already discussing returning and making it an annual family trip. Thanks Paige for great communication and being a diligent host:) Mark M

Perfect location and so comfortable

We were visiting North Conway to see family and meet our newest grandchild. The home was so comfortable and well-appointed for sharing meals and gathering in the evenings. It was walking distance to everything including coffee shops, restaurants, shops and the local ski mountain. We took a day trip to Bretton Woods, a beautiful drive less than 45 minutes away. The house had plenty of space to spread out and relax. We just loved the week there, it felt like home! We will plan to come back and stay anytime we’re in the area. Loved it!

Wonderful Family Rental

The property is beautiful! The kids fell in love with the sunroom and hung out in there whenever they weren’t in the pool! All four bedrooms are on the second floor with one bathroom. The second bathroom is on the first floor. It was wonderful for a family vacation. The Chocolate Haus, Park, Zeb’s are all walkable from the rental which we did and enjoyed not having to find parking! The backyard is gorgeous and we loved the pool and fire pit!

Cranmore Ski Weekend

Our family of 8…… 3 couples and 2 children under 7 had a wonderful ski weekend at this sweet property!!! It was clean as a whistle, well stocked , included linens and towels and about a 5 minute drive to Cranmore, Settlers Green for shopping and Rt 16 for restaurants and more shopping!! The space was perfect and the selection of puzzles and games great!! We cooked our meals and enjoyed some wonderful family time!! This would be a perfect spot inthe summer as well .., close to hiking , River, and Storyland!!! Communication , check in were awesome!!! Home is decorated beautifully with lovely colors and details!! Thank you for a perfect spot of our annual ski weekend!! The Cullion Family

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!

When I say that I have never stayed anywhere better, I mean it!!! And we travel a lot! It was IMMACULATELY clean, the beds were INSANELY comfortable, the kitchen was WELL-EQUIPPED and SO EASY to cook in, the couches were GREAT, the laundry room was PERFECT and I even soaked in the tub one night. WHAT A TREAT!!! I want to live here, but since we sadly cannot, we will be visiting AGAIN and AGAIN! (Our best friends live in the area, and it's just so gorgeous in the White Mountains.) Thank you to Paige who could not have been more gracious, helpful and so quick to respond!! LOVED LOVED LOVED!!!

Ladies weekend in North Conway

We just spent last weekend at @nocowaghouse and had a terrific experience. Super close (walkable) to North Conway village. 5 minutes from Cranmore where we skied both days. The house is newly redone. We loved the vibe and the furnishings. The house is well stocked with lots of thoughtful elements. We arrived on Thursday and three of us were able to easily spread out and work in the house. I scored the desk on the second floor! We didn’t get to use the backyard or the fire pit because there was too much snow but we were there to ski! Great communication with Paige, I highly recommend this as a place to call home on your next trip the White Mountains summer or winter.

My family & I stayed at this rental for 3 nights! Upon arrival, we were in awe. This home is so beautiful! We loved the layout, how they styled all the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, & I love how they provided a bassinet which became very useful for me because I had my infant with me. You can tell that the owners are very attentive & care. Paige, responded quickly to me whenever I had a question about something. She was so kind. This rental just felt like home! It was beautiful, clean & super comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool & the spacious backyard. I loved that it was gated so my son was able to run around & I didn’t have to worry about him running into the street. Overall, it was a fun & peaceful experience. Highly recommend this to your families also!
