Water views galore at this newly remodeled stunning waterfront home. Each of the 5 BRs has its own private bath and smart TV. Open kitchen/living area to gather and play. Outdoor covered bar has gas griddle, 2 smart TVs, fridge and sink. Heated Pool. Dock with 2 kayaks. 2nd story decks provide a perfect spot to watch sunsets and dolphins. Tesla/EV charger. 2-minute drive to beach in the included 6-person golf cart. 5 parking spots. The 180-degree view is spectacular from the large seawall.

The house is very clean and beautiful with an amazing pool and view. We enjoyed having the golf cart and all the amenities included for the bay.

Amazing property

I stayed here with my family and had a wonderful time. Great home on the waterway that was way above expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was exemplary. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a family gathering which I cherish special quality time together. The booking was made simple. The house was perfect for us. (The Point) Tom, the host was amazing. We were all able to sit together at the dining table (11ppl) every meal. Went on short golf cart rides, lots of time in the pool, theater room was a great addition. The best was fishing. Everyone enjoyed it. They all caught fish . We did stay in one of Tom's other house 2 years ago. Again another wonderful experience . My family still talks about it. we never had to leave this beautiful house. I highly recommend this

Wonderful house

A perfect vacation rental in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and dock was awesome, dolphins swam right up to where we were sitting. Owner provided prompt communication. Would definitely return for another vacation.

Creating Memories

We were a group of 4 moms and 8 high school Seniors. The moms called the house our MTV Crib, the boys were too young to get the reference. This house has soooo many amenities: movie theater, golf cart, deluxe ice maker, kayaks, pool, fireplace, outside living, beverage coolers, beach supplies. We have never seen a house so stocked with trash bags, dish soap, laundry supplies, tp, etc. All bedrooms had deluxe bathrooms. You'd never have to leave this house and still feel like you went on vacation. Our host was amazing. I just texted with any questions, and he was quick to respond. Our boys created lasting memories at this house: fishing, pool time, kayaking, beach, poker nights, NCAA tourney in the movie theater, golf cart. Do not hesitate to rent this amazing property!

Mother's Day Weekend Getaway

This property is fantastic. It is clean, up to date, and well stocked. This was our second stay in this home and the owners have continued to upgrade the property. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of space. Once we arrived we never drove again unless it was in the golf cart to go for dinner or ice cream.

Our Stay at The Point Home IRB Feb 2024

We had a wonderful stay at The Point Home in IRB. Communication with Tom, the property manager, was great. The home was just as we were hoping, wonderful. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay immensely and we are hopeful to return in the not-too-distant future. The only problem was only staying there for four nights. Next time, definitely, we will stay longer!!!

Gold Standard For VRBO Homes!

WOW- This house sets the gold standard for VRBO homes! Right on the water, all 5 bedrooms have a full bathroom and there's even an outdoor surfboard shower which we loved! Huge, very well-equipped kitchen and two outside covered hang out areas worked well for our group. The pool is awesome, kayak dock looked tricky but was super easy to use to get into the water. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach-especially with the cooler. Didn't try the Tesla charger but that's a cool feature! Bunk bedroom was fun for the kids and we stuck them in there to game on the big TV. Fantastic sunsets with lots of birds & dolphins to watch. We've found our spot to vacation year after year in Indian Rocks Beach! A + +

We purchased this property because we loved the large waterfront lot with water views from every angle.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Five bedrooms, each with its own full bath. Smart TVs in every room. Huge kitchen with dining area. Outside covered bar with seating for 10 to watch the pool and harbor. Gas griddle/sink and 2 TVs. Another outside covered living room allows you to be with nature rain or shine. Two second level decks - one with room for gathering, one private off a bedroom. 3 BRs have King beds, one has 2 Queen beds, and the bunk room has a Queen over 2 twins.
