Room was clean and exactly how it was described. Pool was nice and my kids loved it! Beach is within walking distance. Don’t have to walk far at all as it was right out the back door. Extremely happy with our stay and will be back. The complimentary chairs and umbrella was a plus!

thanks for your review. Sorry you had trouble with the hot water heater. Hot water often runs out when many people take showers at the same time.

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The location was perfect. Convenient beach and pool access. David was quick to answer any questions and was very accommodating. We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful

This was our 6th time coming to the area and by far the best condo we’ve stayed in. Clean, spacious, great location, wonderful heated pool. Highly recommend!

Getaway to the sunny south.

Enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very clean and kitchen well stocked with dishes etc. Would've been nice to have coffee filters, salt & pepper. Enjoyed the ground floor and the porch area.

Amazing place to stay

We love it. Super convenient since it’s ground floor and so close to the beach and pool. Nice to be able to sit outside in the patio and see the ocean. Super clean!

Best on the Beach

This place is right next to the pool and the beach entry. Everything was very updated and clean, and the property manager/owner was the best we have ever worked with. Five stars across the board.

Just perfect

We loved the location and cleanliness of this condo. The condo was decorated very nice and beachy. We really enjoyed how close it was to the pool and the beautiful white sand beach. First time to stay on Miramar beach and will definitely be back for another great time on the emerald coast!!

The unit is beautiful, clean and the perfect location. We loved the vicinity to both the pool and stairs to the beach. We were very impressed with the management; great communication & hospitality. We will be back!

Great place!

Just as listed! Clean and right on the beach and close to the pool! Property manager was very quick to respond to any questions. We would stay again, but probably would bring a mattress topper for the master bed.

Festival

There were four of us that met in Miramar for the music fest for Mother's Day. The accommodations were perfect as well as the location. Property manager available anytime we had a question. Very pleased would rent here gain.

Location makes this condo niceCondo needs some updates but overall it was very comfortable minus the living room furniture Needs some deep cleaning but most of it is just from wear and tear Cabinetry in kitchen was really wornIf you want steps away from the pool and beach this is the one for youVery impressed with on site security they are serious about keeping the area exclusively for guests only

Beachfront convenience!

You cannot beat this units location- the proximity to the beach access (which has complimentary beach service for chairs and umbrella) and pool is so wonderful! Beautiful view, drank coffee while watching dolphins in the morning from the back porch. Condo is as pictured!

Check in was very easy. Loved the first floor access to parking lot and pool/beach. Had beach chairs included (always a plus) and beach towels. Kitchen had all the things (pod or regular coffee pot, airfryer, blender, crockpot, etc. Could use some new non stick skillets and pans. But overall, the place was perfect and we will be back. Thanks!

Beach vacation

Location is great. Access to the beach is perfect. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. Chair and umbrella rental was convenient and easy. All communication was timely. Furniture, bedding and linens could be updated. If these were upgraded, this property would be top notch.

Great condo! Convenient, Convenient, Convenient! Everything a person needs is just 5 minutes away! Plus being on the ground floor beach was just minutes away. Also, the best and most responsive Host we have ever had. Thanks David! You are the man!

Perfect vacation spot!

In my opinion this condo is the best in the building. Conveniently located between the pool and beach access. Literally a stone throw away to both. Check in process was easy, room was very clean, and our host David was quick to answer any questions I had. Alvin’s is located directly across the street for any beach needs. There are many other beach shops, restaurants and an outlet mall within 3 minutes from the condo. This is literally the perfect vacation spot. We will definitely be booking here again whenever we come back to Destin!

Must stay in this clean and beautiful condo!

We had the best vacation stay in this beautifully decorated condo that was SO clean. Property management is really on top of it! Absolutely wonderful to walk right out the back patio to the pool and gate entrance to the beach. Winn Dixie is right down the road- you could walk there if you had to and had very fair prices for food and water. We would love to stay in this condo again next year. By far our favorite unit! Washer & dryer look new as well as most appliances. Highly recommend to visit Boshamps for early lunch and Louisiana Lagniappe (ask to be seated outside) before sunset for dinner.
