House was clean , spacious. Pool was excellent the kids and adults had a wonderful time in and around the pool . Host was kind and answered questions easily and fast . The games were fun and kept the kids occupied and the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and bar . All and all it’s was excellent!

Perfection

Such a fun place to stay with kids. The pool, yard games, and table games were perfect. Great proximity to San Diego attractions but with a way better price and more room. Extremely comfortable stay for 8 people plus dogs. I look forward to making this location our yearly vacation rental.

Great experience. Loved all there was to do on the property. Needed more sleeping arrangements for the teenagers that we had but we made it work with air mattresses. Loved the stay.

Definitely will be coming back. Nicole was awesome. My family had a blast. Super clean pool and set up for gaming. Bbq set up and fire pit was great. Many bridges on the property. Pool table room is awesome with restroom.

House was open and perfect place as a meeting spot. Clean, plenty of towels and other amenities. They had everything we needed to prevent going to the store upon arrival. Host was very informative and engaged.

House was perfect for us!

The house was so clean and had plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The pool and back yard were so fun and we used it all week. Want to book next year! The neighborhood is run down but this house is the gem in the middle!

Great family stay!

Nicole was absolutely wonderful and accommodating for our large group. We had a wonderful time with friends and family and we were thankful that she provided extra air mattresses for optimal comfort too. Our favorite was the backyard setup where we could all join together in the evening and bbq, swim and relax in the hot tub. Thank you Nicole!

A short stay, perfect for what we needed

We had several adults and the property had enough beds fir all. Didnt get to enjoy the pool because of cool weather. The owner was gracious to unlock the property for my sibs as my flight was delayed. Kitchen was in good shape.

Okay listing

We stayed here for three nights. the neighborhood is just okay.. There are a ton of stray cats in the area that pooped constantly in the backyard. The house was not super clean, there were a few dead bugs, some of the pans were not clean.

Hello, thank you for staying with us. There is a very social three legged cat that resides in the house next door, most guests love him. We have monthly pest control services, glad there were no live bugs. We do have a dish washer inside the house if you ever find any pots not fully clean to your liking. Wonderful Resort-style Home in Chula Vista

We had a very pleasant experience staying in this house that was able to accomodate a group of 12 people. Nicole was a great host who gave us all the information we needed for our stay to make the most of the home. The rooms and living area were comfortable with large beds and a couch that could be used as a sleeper. The kitchen was stocked with kitchenware and utensils which was perfect for being able to make meals.The star of the house was the backyard, as it had a pool, jacuzzi, and a fire pit which was perfect for nightly group gatherings with the nice San Diego weather. There was also an outdoor kitchen with a grill and fridge, letting us stay outside in the pool area to get the most use out of the amenities. Our stay was quite fantastic and this house was perfect for our group! I definitely recommend it, especially for groups.
