Welcome to Sunrise Lodge: A recently remodeled 2700 sq ft. lodge highlighted by a 44 foot covered front porch. Watch the sunrise/set from the rocking chairs or relax your cares away in the private hot tub in the backyard.

Sleeps max of 8 adults/children in 4 bedrooms. Minimum booking age is 25+. For adult-only stays, all guests must be 25+ years of age.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER BOOKING: Closely check your email (including junk/spam folders) for the reservation request email with further details from: "no-reply@eviivo.com". We require additional information to confirm the stay.

On the main level you'll find the king-sized master bedroom with en suite half bathroom and one queen bedroom along with a full bathroom and washer/dryer access. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and screened-in 4 season room are also located on this level.

In the walk-out lower level you'll discover the remaining 2 queen bedrooms and full bathroom. The wet bar, pool table, and foosball table are located on this level.

Further amenities include: a private 4 person hot tub, fire pit under the stars, gas log fireplace, and a propane grill.

Full kitchen service for 8. Wifi. DirecTv including Big Ten Network.

Now boasting an electric vehicle (EV) charging station on this paved driveway.

Newly remodeled: The Sunrise lodge is a great destination for your next family vacation in Hocking Hills. This 2700 square foot 4 bedroom luxury log home sleeps a max of 8 and boasts 2.5 bathrooms. With everything at your fingertips, this lodge will meet your every need.

Enjoy an evening by a campfire under the stars, watch the sunrise/set on the huge 44 foot covered front porch, shoot some pool, play foosball, or just soak in your own private hot tub. Wifi and DirecTV available.

Wet bar in lower level, and a full kitchen inventory on main level set up with range, oven, refrigerator, coffee makers, etc. Washer/dryer for guest usage also on site. Propane grill is just outside the kitchen porch/privacy fence and the 4 person hot tub is just beyond that.

Minimum booking age for your family getaway is 28+ with proof of ID.
For adult-only stays, all guests must be 28+

The accommodations were exactly what was listed on the rental agreement. Check in was very easy and directions were clear. Very clean. Wonderful area close to all hiking trails.

Great family weekend

We had a great time at Sunrise Lodge. It was a prime location for the hiking we did over the course of the weekend. The hot tub was great, the cabin was very roomy and we took advantage of the large table in the kitchen/dining area for playing games. Would definitely recommend. Just remember to bring your own shampoo and bath soap as there isn't any provided.

The first time my husband and I stayed was in the summer of 2019 when I was 6 months pregnant with our son. We liked it so much we returned with both of our kids. We love it and will return again! The hiking at Old Man’s Cave and Ash Cave is beautiful.

Friend Trip

There were 8 of us that stayed. The cottage was clean except the couch upstairs needs to be deep cleaned. The arms were very grimy. More than one person can not take a shower at a time. The water pressure is terrible. There was plenty to do at the cottage and close enough to everything we did. There was plenty of space for each of us. I would also suggest a refrigerator needs to be put downstairs by the sink area. There is room for one. One refrigerator is not enough for 8 people and all the food and drinks.

Very clean property. Large space for the group to eat and talk. Responsive owner. Bed in master bedroom was a bit hard for us and water pressure was low when taking showers. Overall, great experience in a convenient location.

Nice Cabin- close to Hiking

This cabin was clean when we arrived and our kids enjoyed the pool and foosball table. Unfortunately there was a local burn ban so we were unable to enjoy the fire pit. Overall it was a comfortable stay- we contacted the owners about maintenance on the showers that were draining extremely slowly- they said it will get taken care of. The cabin was stocked with what we needed for cooking and relaxation and the owner was quick to communicate with us.

Recreational getaway

We enjoy hiking and spending time with family. This house was perfect for both. Hocking Hills State Park is a great hiking spot and this house was convenient for going there. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed. Most of all we felt comfortable there. It felt like home as we enjoyed family time.

Three generations made great memories here!

Clean, attractive, comfortable beds, large dining table which seated us all for meals and games, PLUS the pool table and hot tub were popular, as was the fire pit. So glad we found Sunrise Lodge!

Great house for 2 families with kids

This is a great house to visit if you want to enjoy Hocking Hills State Park. The house was clean and met all of our needs. We had 2 married couples and and 3 kids, so the 4 bedrooms was perfect. We all enjoyed the hot tub (holds 4 adults comfortably). When you turn onto Phelps road there is basically a junk yard with trailers, cars, and quite a bit of junk everywhere. It was a little scary at night and we questioned if we were headed the right way! This house is a good distance from it, so don’t let it defer you from renting this house, but wanted to advise. We arrived at dark and the property is very dark, so make sure you have some lights as you check in. Overall, we would stay again! Thank you!

What a great space for convenience. You are close to the caves, and close to town while having a traditional, remote vacation cabin feel.
