Pros: Farm setting with goats, sheep, horses, chickens, farm dogs, quite delightful and relaxing! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch watching the Great Pyrenees herd the sheep in the neighbors pasture until the sun just got too warm. Comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, separate from the main house allowing for privacy. Well stocked kitchen, even had fresh farm eggs in the frig for us to prepare. Never found matches for bug candle, but brought it to the owners attention when leaving. They allow you to book for 1 night, which was key for us and they don't charge out the wazoo for service fee and cleaning. We never met the owners, but they responded quickly to our text when we had a question.
Cons: The floor between the kitchen and living room are uneven, slight step up and you have a step up to the bathroom. There is only a table for 2 and a couple barstools, so 4 people wouldn't be able to sit down to a table to play games or have a meal. None of these were really an issue for us. We just adjusted to the accommodations. Overall, very nice!
