Hello Michelle, First, I still would like to appreciate you for your stay and appreciate your criticism as your review is very unique as you’ll see if you check all platforms regarding this home. While you may not appreciate the security system, I do, as I feel it keeps the neighborhood safe and comfortable. The bedding did have two small dark grey marks, but they were not cigarette burns as no smoking is allowed in the home ever and that is terms for immediate termination of a stay. I do apologize for the two dots as my team said it may have been dried laundry detergent but either way, the comforter has been replaced. As guest satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. I relayed the information about the hair ball and false lash to my team and as stated before, while my team does an excellent job making sure this home is spotless, very rarely if ever, they may overlook something. I was absolutely willing to send them over to resolve any issues at hand to make sure you felt as comfortable as possible. The towels are all of high quality, plush, and new— as stated, this is a complaint I’ve never had and I usually get compliments on my choice of towels. The amount purchased was due to the lack of response. I have plenty of amenities in the home (a washer and dryer with laundry soap included) to resolve the issue and would’ve again, sent my team to rewash all towels, but due to the fact that I have many, and received no response, I have to assume it was only a couple. Needless to say, I over compensated just in case as again, my guests are my highest priority, and bought brand new towels. You never mentioned the wash cloths and hand towels were also an issues as I recently checked our messages. If that was the case, I would’ve handled that accordingly as well with pleasure. The backyard is always maintained weekly during this time of year and the outdoor furniture is always cleaned during every stay and that was assured during our conversation through messages.
