Take the golf cart to the sugar white beach! Walk to the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Marina and Tennis Center. Located within the popular community of Magnolia Bay at the Resort, this town home with 3BR-2.5BA offers lush landscaping views from the screened porch, a sparkling blue community swimming pool, and convenience to the beach and Baytowne Wharf.

Loads of natural light fill the open living space that is stylishly furnished with plenty of seating for the family including a sleeper sofa. The fully stocked kitchen has been renovated with beautiful granite countertops and stainless appliances. A screened porch invites you to sit awhile and enjoy the breeze and ambiance of Magnolia Bay.

All the bedrooms are generously sized and located upstairs. The luxurious master suite is spacious and relaxing with fabulous views, a king bed, an HDTV, closet space and a sitting area near the picture window. The master bath is designed with a travertine tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub surround, and a dual sink vanity. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, closet space, and an HDTV. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds.

The Resort is the premier vacation destination on the Emerald Coast. You will enjoy sugar white beaches, 4 golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts, a full marina with water sports, catch and release fishing, swimming pools, a fitness center with full spa, and 11 miles of walking, jogging or bicycling trails.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is the heart of the resort. The Wharf offers shopping, restaurants, a children’s playground, arcade, zip line and seasonal entertainment designed for the family experience. For an extra treat, don’t miss the weekly summer fireworks display. The Marina and bar are within walking distance from Baytowne Wharf and offer serene sunset views, fun drinks, and rental water sport activities. Jolee Island Nature Park is just moments away and provides picnic grounds, a grilling area, and a playground. Tram passes are provided, so step aboard the resort-wide shuttle for a quick ride to the Wharf or beach.

Very nice property! Clean and the property management was very responsive. They had to replace the sink while we were there, but they did work around our time and stayed connected with us. The golf cart was an added bonus. Will rent there again.

This unit was central to everything and the golf cart was handy and very zippy - small note the mirrors on the cart were sat very low and could not figure out how to adjust them higher. Beautiful clean home

The location was great. Very close to restaurants and shopping, less than a 5 minute golf cart ride away. House was clean and beds were comfortable. AC worked great which is always a concern of mine during the summer in Florida. Nice patio to sit outback and relax. The furniture appeared new on the main floor. My only suggestion would be an updated coffee maker. The one in the unit worked but has seen better days. We had a great time and enjoyed the house.

Great Location Quality Rental

Everything was great with the unit: Location, Square footage, adjacency to pond ioff the rear porch. Garage for golf cart and storage for beach belongings perfect. If we would have known there were so many extra beach belongings in the garage we would not have brought ours and saved room in our trunk. Items Needing Care: One burner on stove stopped working work order placed. Dryer is loud, possibly a belt and clothes do not smell clean when they come out of the dryer? Rear patio screen door needs repair to frame, latch and screen. Overall 9 out of 10 will rent this property again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have vacationed for the past 30 years at Sandestin. That’s a lot of homes we have rented. This home was less then what we expected from the pictures. The golf cart was not there upon arrival due to it was broke. We were told another one would be there the following morning at 10:00, that was a day spent on the phone trying to narrow down the arrival of the golf cart. It finally arrived around 2:00. The cart they sent was not as pictured, it was not in the best of condition. The home had ceiling fans in the bedrooms that made so much noise we had not turn them off. The dryer never worked, so we gave up on washing anything. We have rented in that area and the other homes were in much better shape then this property.
