Heron Walk Construction Update: The Heron Walk community will be undergoing renovations between Jan and May 2025. Our building, building 4 will have construction between March 24 - May 30th Construction will mainly take place Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM. Any work that takes place on Saturdays will be quite work (Painting, Sealants, etc). We have included a significant discount for these dates.

This 2 bed 2 bath bay view villa is remodeled. It boasts a king bed in the master with a bay view. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room.

The NEW 6 seat golf cart is a great way to explore the resort in style and see all it has to offer. You can use the cart tunnel to get to the beach, shop, dine, and be entertained at Grand Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car!

This villa has beach chairs and beach toys for guest use.

The Heron Walk community is a very family-friendly neighborhood and is secure with the Resort's Security personnel.

This villa is also walking distance to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round.

The Perfect Vacation!!

We stayed here with our three small children and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean and came with plenty of towels, soap, paper products, etc. It also included all the essentials in the kitchen! The location was great and very close to the heater pool. Our kids were obsessed with the golf cart!! We rode it to the beach, pool, grocery store, shops, restaurants and more. We highly recommend you stay here for your next vacation!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. We go to Sandestin about twice a year and love the location and view from this unit. Also, the golf cart was by far the best we have used from all of our previous trips. The unit was clean, owner was very responsive and they had everything needed in the condo. Only thing was we could hear the people above when they walked around. We brought noise canceling machines for at night which did the trick to a good night sleep. The beds were so comfortable too! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great vacation getaway to the beach.

Great property and location

Went for a conference but brought my family. The view of the marsh from the back porch was amazing. Location is close enough to the wharf and pool. The golf cart when visiting Sandestin is a must, as we go every year and learned this early on. Glad we stayed here but be aware that there is a condo above this one so you may get some heavy footed neighbors.

Nice Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay but there were a few frustrating instances. We didn’t realize when we rented that the unit was a downstairs unit to another unit that was two floors above us. A large family stayed from Monday to Saturday and it was exceptionally loud. From 5 am until about 11 pm daily there was constant running and moving furniture. Obviously not the owners fault, but had we known the circumstances we may not have rented a downstairs unit. The ice maker never worked while we were there. When we arrived in the unit the sliding glass door was open along with the window to the patio. The temperature in the unit was very warm for a few hours. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom was so loud we turned it off and used a floor fan for the kids. I would also recommend turning down the hot water heater. The temperature was very hot. The last suggestion I would make is to fix the main sliding door. It is very difficult to open and close. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the view over the marsh into the bay. The location is ideal due to its central location. I would recommend the property, with a few disclaimers. Thank you for a good week. Make sure you bring trash bags as the unit had 1 bag and we had to buy more.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice & cozy villa that had all the amenities we needed! Very clean. Comfortable bed in Master bedroom has a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view of the bay. Plenty of cookware to cook up what your family wants. The 6 seater golf cart was the best and made getting around Sandestin and Baytown fun & convenient! The Grand Blvd is next door to Baytown & easy to get to in the golf cart or car.
